Having a cash reward for people to find multis wouldn't help, in fact, it would probably make a world with a ton of reports for false Multis and Exploiters, with the people making these reports hoping that they could make a quick buck off of reporting a nation. The Second statement is alright though.

So starving nations of half of their income for a day, and then hoping that an agreement could be made in alliances' governments to redistribute this money equally would help us to rebuild our nations? Doesn't sound like a really good plan to me :/

I wouldn't doubt it if that position was quickly re-taken by UPN or EoS. Besides that, not much else has gone on stat wise. (I will do this until someone comes along and is willing to make it look better than what I did )

Being in EoS government, from what I know, this alliance has no relation to Empire of Spades.

That's understandable. And I'll stay on South America, it's not that huge of a deal.
