The Regime capital would be on high alert as on the runway the British Empire monarch would make his way down the carpet the people would cheer and shout as many citizens were quite fond of the new agreement. Once inside there would be and a single two lane road that would carry them miles inside the walls before it was apparent the place itself had it's own antimissile/aircraft/tank defenses, and was still lined with men all around. There was, simply put, no way inside. Even getting past this one would have to get beyond the mind reading telepathy of J'onn J'onz. Eventually he'd come to a massive circle. Once in front of the palace he and his motorcade would find several Generals of the Regime from Kara Zor El to John Stewart surrounding to protect the world official. Inside even more officials and guards would stand at the ready as all three emperor's of the Regime were seated in a soundproof and bomb proof room waiting for their guest.

He kicked his chair out and ran to him embracing a hug "Oof, I sense it's been a stressful day again?" Barry simply nodded because his hugs we're the only thing that kept him going, him and the occasional bowling with Kara, even though he constantly had to get the alley fixed afterwards cause it'd turn into fight night everytime, mostly her fought of course!...well sometimes his, or most of the time. "Just think, only a few more days and we will be on our honeymoon away from all this chaos" Hal said in an attempt to make him feel better but then Barry's face changed and his eyes widened "I forgot to book the rooms!" He then slammed the phone down happily, having finally made a decision, now to have some alone time. As for the issue your brought with tech and military that's exactly the reason we have limits in organic. Upon a look at the Global politics the Regime decided to release the following maps to it's public to inform them of where is deemed Safe and where isn't. On a scale of Blue(being safe) to Red(very dangerous) a map of the homeland was created to make the areas safe to travel until the native threat was contained. Crossing into the portal three thousand IFO and the Carrier groups followed what remained of the Regime forces after the war with Mogcorp. the former nation had been completely obliterated and this universe seemed to be the only one plausible for them to take. SASHA stood among them in her new body but her scans showed the only technology for miles was their own. scraps from the fallen RSS and the supercomputer were recovered but at this point they would be starting at scratch. 5 AMAZO droids managed to survive due to orderd preservation. This was the first wave of portals the rest would come in moments later with roughly 5 million citizens. SASHA managed to take over the mental control so many of them were going to be armed militia until cities could be built and power connected. "What do we do now?" asked Selena Kyle "We build back....a stronger empire than the last and choose against making the mistakes we made the first time" Barry said as they looked over the hill. The costruction would begin immediately, creating the capital of course. the lantern corp would put forth most of the effort while Superman and his cousin Kara would be the muscle to move the heavy metals. The civilians would have to build their own shelter but under SASHA's control they would all have a small hut to last unti the first city was finsihed. AMAZO droids would gather more Materials as teams would work night and day in shifts to build the capital. It would be several weeks before homes would be created and people could begin working and slowly growing the population in the city, a massive boom in population would occur similar to the industrial revolution, however this would be just one of many cities and government leaders couldn't work forever. Factories would be the next to be created in order to create the tools needed to have citizens helping to work. allies from Oa and Thanegar would help build but even finishing the basics of the cities would take several months of intensive labor. the cities would start in major areas as governing spots to specific regions with the only roads being between the cities. The issue with the natives in the outback would mean interstates would have to go around the region until the Empire was fully established. There would be 6 governing zones under Emperor Barry. The capital, this region would house the government but the governor would be Hal Jordan who would be the now second in command to Barry, Next would be the Zealand zone, this would be governed by Zatanna. Next would be the Pacific zone, governed by Aquaman and the Atlanteans. Next the Outback zone, this would be governed by Fire Next the Indonesian zone, governed by Red Tornado. Finally the South western zone would be governed by Amanda Waller. Red= Capital Zone- Foreign affair region Green= Zealand Zone- Mining region Purple= Pacific Zone- Trade region Pinkish= Indonesian Zone- Farming region Grey= Southwestern Zone- Science and education region Blue lines= Interstates White dots= small cities White Star= Capital of the Regime The small cities would look similar to this: Very small with basic necessities and a militia to serve as the police. I like the idea and think we should give it a shot. However I think it cancels the need for a vote. We can simply make the threads and have then pinned and those who want to join can and those who don't want to don't have to. And as Merkel and Erin said they haven't posted in almost a year and that forum was specifically made for removing canon. Not to mention their rp map is based around Mars not earth see we can coexist in the same forum.

I know very much who you are and I know you've been warned countless times for breaking rules so I don't really have much simpathy for you. And no one here has over 150 provinces in fact Lelouch and Kiel are the only two over 75, so you're wrong there. And no we shouldn't be forced to give up land simply because you don't get your way, and yes you should not vote unless you are on the map. That's similar to a non American voting in the election. You want to join the map and be recognized as anything other than noncanon be my guest but I don't feel someone who doesn't rp in our realm should be able to decide for it.

See I'd agree with you if it weren't for the fact that all of these changes are for those explicitly on the map. Like the map reset, the UN, I don't mind other people voting but they should be in the actual to they are voting for.

You obviously missed the part in my post where I mentioned we would be getting rid of consent. However I'm also not going to cater to your ideas, that change the entire rp, all because you want Japan. Not to mention it's been quite sometime since NatRP made a move this big and to be as blunt as possible. If you want to help decide the future you should actually rp. That's why I was actually going to suggest to @Erin Brockovich that we only look at the votes of those who are on the rp map, because after all this affects us and only us so I don't see why someone not even rping should be able to decide our future.

Just being honest this vote is quite a big step as it is without trying to completely bend over and screw everything. For a further explanation, being the two largest rped militaries Mogar and I have been trying for some time to get rid of consent. However the UN would essentially be an entity that would decide IC whether a CB is valid, obviously it'd be put to a vote but this allows for some IC explanation as to why some wars would be allowed and other wouldn't be. As for exploding the planet as the second vote suggests. We would essentially "restart" the rp. Everyone would start on equal footing in terms of military but things would be limited so that their aren't militaries like mine and mogars who could single handedly take on the planet. And finally the map restart would allow anyone already on the current map first dibs on their lands, but the start number was agreed to be 75 and for nations such as Umbrella and Britannia who have colonies they've kept since the dawn of time they would be able to keep those if they did not want to change their nation. This also helps with the bordergore you see in Asia and Europe. As for the other ideas you proposed, I'm not touching that with 100 ft pole. However if mogar has anything missed or corrections to what I've explained it might help a bit more

If not already destroyed by the Tsunami that stretched deep across Australia over the outback before finally slowing down, then the remaining naval force of the regime would be sunken with the exception of the 10 carriers who were rounding the tale of South America. The regime however did manage to get a few IFO airborn before the waves extending miles high crashed down. roughly 54% of the IFO were caught in the waves, the rest were moved to Sydney where T-spheres from perth, and Melbourne would convene. the entire south of Australia would be the working zone of the Regime with 1050 AMAZO droids, 400 T-sphere and 6400 IFO. OVERVEIW OF WHAT JUST HAPPENED The regime would send 500 IFO to the RSS. the remaining Zeus rods would pinpoint right overtop of specific locations lanting half anf half over south africa and Gibraltar. T-spheres would line up to counter enemy attacks against the RSS and homeland. the entire Regime navy would be demolished except for 10 carrier groups in south South America. 500 AMAZO droids would begin moving civilians and survivors to Oa. and Barry Allen now stands as sole leader of the Regime.

"The Regime formally declares war on MogCorp" *The Regime seeing an opportunity would strike. The help of the Spartan satellites and the equipment from MoG in the Pacific along with the RSS would be used to locate and target each MogCorp Aircraft carrier with 5 Zeus rods, unloading a total of 180 rods. Simultaneously to this the RSS would then focus on and unload 3k missiles on Mogcorp satellites and their lunar base with the speeds of each missile topping around Mach 5-6 . Finally the Space elevators would find 3 Zeus rods targeting each of them dropping another 9 rods. The rods would all fall down at Mach 10, moving at 7615 miles per hour. The multitude of rods would come from separate rod satellites so that should one miss or by some miracle be hit the other 2 would come in from another angle or area. The Regime homeland defenses would be placed on high alert as it was expected that MoG Corp might get off some counter attacks or even rods before the space strikes became effective. There was also the possibility that all MoG Corp rods would drop from space and as such the regime would still take the actions as crippling Mogcorp would benefit the world whether the Regime population survived or not. Along with the other assults the Regime would unload 50 more Zeus rods on any remaining ships blockading Gibraltar. And the UMB would begin firing on and targeting any enemy ships in the region or near the Regime lands. The last of Regime Zeus rods would be ready to drop where needed with actual fingers on the trigger, as would be everything else in the Regime military. In fact the T-Spheres would be on high alert around the nation and outside the RSS considering the T-Sphere project would have just finished. 1k AMAZO droids would be prepped in order to counter as well* (OOCly I should note that the 180 rods is only targeting the 36 aircraft carriers. And that 1 Zeus rod essentially amounts to this....

The Regime homeland would fire a volley of 500 non nuclear warheads targeting the reubenian space station at speeds well over Mach 4. The RSS itself would fire a volley of 200 nuclear warheads and 500 non nuclear warheads aimed at other reubeninan satellites and the reubenian space station. 5 Carrier groups stood off in the distance holding 5 of the 10 T-spheres in the region to counter any return fire. SASHA would be on standby ready for the moment Reubenia attempted to counter with its drones or other weaponry. another 4 thousand IFO would reach the Irish base of the Regime within an hour of the first strikes. This would be simultaneous to the strikes and moves made by Alexiamia* The men would be chanting "For Alicia! who has to miss this war!"

*Seeing this the regime would send In a DEO officer alongside a large team of Marines, the target being spotted, a patrol ship. The actual mission was to capture the ship and officer Grayson would lead the charge. Under the cover of dolphins they would sneak onto the boat*

OOC I can see fighters flying over zodiac and the RSS is the size of a large island with future tech on board, ships the size of flies even would be noticed. And as said it's a warning to stay out of the war except to help Laurentian citizens find safety

*The Regime seeing these actions then too released a warning for Reubenia. Just off the border of their lands a large Zeus rod dropped down not hitting anything but showing the nation the regime would not hesitate to turn them into dust. This was followed by a simple but direct warning* (this would be to the south of Reubenia) "You are interfering with Regime allies in Africa and the next move you make should be chosen carefullt as we are full prepared to force you out of this fight"

*The Regime seeing possible Reubenian intervention in site would move 10 Carrier groups to the shores of Alexiamia. 2 thousand IFO would be sent to Ireland ahead of them to set up ports and airfields and a military base for both the Regime and Alexiamia to work out of. The forces would also set up several EMP resistant, and top of the line Radar stations. The technology would already be built to turn EMPs into more power, as that was a production standard for the Regime however the radar stations would frequency hop based off of an algorithm created by military strategist Bruce Wayne. No official message would be released but allies on both sides of this war would be informed that the Regime would not directly effect the fighting to either side but should an outside nations, such as Reubenia, Prussia, or other non Sparta/non rainbow nations join then the Regime would have no choice but to act and take said nation out of the war. Furthermore, the RSS would be focused specifically on the nations of Reubenia and Armenia to ensure neither nation acted beyond what the Regime would allow. As well a Zeus satellite would also be overhead awaiting further orders. 500k reserve troops would also be sent to Ireland with the mission of establishing a base while another 200k were on standby and 5k M1 Abrams were also place on the Irish Island. This alone would be the single largest movement the Regime would ever impose. However 10 AMAZO droids would also be placed on the island and 20 T-SPHERES would also he moved to the island as a quick defense measure.*
