  1. Ships, Tanks and Soldiers should be able to kill planes in defense, plain and simple. Or we could have a new Fort improvement which adds various types of defense for land/air/sea so that when someone with 0 units is attacked but has forts, the enemy still suffers unit loss of some amount.

    calling BS on that one

A work with no explicitly stated license is, automatically ( under the Berne Convention (which even flippin' North Korea is a signatory to)) under full copyright protection. It doesn't mean its in the public domain.

Also, a lawyer would argue that a summary is a derivative work [1] in which case it doesn't come under fair use. A copyright owner has the exclusive right to create derivative works, unless such right is delegated, by explicitly specifying and / or writing a license.

[1] copyright law being what it is, I will not state that it is a derivative work even though I believe it to be

besides nobody would invest time and effort to get "summaries of an unlicensed work" when you could simply go elsewhere for illegal content.

I don't think the NPO defense is based on logic so explaining this to them is pointless. Their defense is based on pettiness and teenage hormones.

So out of curiosity, and completely ignoring the out-of-game crimes involved in this hypothetical scenario, if someone had gone to Leo's house and broken into it, then gotten into his computer and used Leo's already logged in account to do all of these things, would that be considered a violation of the game rules by the person doing it, if there were a way to identify them?

In the current scenario though, its more like Leo gave his house keys to x number of his friends and someone who regularly goes to his house, with his full trust, went there without Leo's knowledge and took some items from his fridge.

Sure man, you clearly are the only one with knowledge of history. Seeing all your highly intellectual and fact based posts here on these forums makes me oh so jealous.

All KETOG Alliances of Anti-Memesphere must include a statement recognizing that there was no conspiracy to attack them and that they maliciously twisted the meaning of the leak and therefore their CB is invalid c. Rose must admit that they only joined the war because they thought they were bandwagoning in on an easy win and that they had no CB whatsoever

Man how insecure do you have be in your victory to demand this? It's like saying, "I'm not wrong, you're wrong! Now put it in writing".

Get your suggestions to Kastor in time or he won't be able to include them.

I think both sides have generated enough content for many Weeks of Leaks (I'm copyrighting this).

Well, I would probably just find out what they'd be willing to accept & see if Roq wants to make deal within what they'd accept. Then let them know if there is a counter offer instead, then see if a middle ground can be reached. Rather than talking with a bunch of low level gov making structural inquires.

Holy crap...has no one ever thought of this!? I really hope someone from col A & B cared enough to look up what negotiations are like before starting them.

If reddit could understand context, this post would be great on r/iamverysmart
