  1. Please do not ban me for not having a matching name. You see, I had recently changed my leader name, so I can not change it until the thirty days have passed.

  2. You can only gift four provinces per month as I remember, however, as there are only five provinces, you should be able to gift the fifth one next month.
  3. It was a peaceful night in Bordeaux, something which Jean had grown used to in the past years. However, this night would be different, seeing as someone unexpected would visit. Suddenly, outside, a great storm would begin to brew, one whose strength Europe had not seen in many years. Jean would remain calm, at least until someone knocked on the door of the palace. Several guards would rush to the door, two of whom were wielding their ceremonial halberds. "Check it out, private, we will cover you." one of the guards said. Another guard would approach before being flung backwards as the door was pushed out of the way and a man in a dark cloak walked through. "Open fire!" one of the guards yelled as they began to open fire. Quickly, one of the guards with a halberd rushed towards the man, who grabbed the halberd by the grip and hit his chin with it before ripping it from his arms, snapping it in two. He proceeded to stab the guard with half of the weapon before throwing it into another guard. He would then slowly approach the four remaining guards, who opened fire upon him once more. The man would jump over every shot, taking a halberd from one of them and using it to kill the remaining guards. He would drop the weapon and walk past the now dead and dying guards. "Three hundred years, and you could not even harness the atom to it's fullest potential?" the man said, unaware that for the native population, only a month had gone by. He approached a stairway and ascended until he reached one of the main bedrooms, which he sensed was where his target was. Jean, who could hear his footsteps, grabbed a pistol he had in case of emergencies, and prepared for a fight. As the man entered, Jean held the pistol up to his head. "Stay where you are... I won't hesitate to fire if you make any sudden movements." Jean said to the man. "Now, you will explain to me who you are, what you want with me, and how you got here, or so help me, I won't hesitate to put a hole in your head." he added. "That won't be necessary..." the man said as he raised his hand, crushing the weapon before removing his hood, revealing a face that had changed after three hundred years due to age and degradation of the body. "Submit, child." he would say as he placed his hand on Jean's forehead. "My lord, it is an honor to serve you." Jean said as he knelt. "You look... different since I last saw you, Emperor Taral." he added as he stood back up. "What happened?" he quickly asked. "It has been three hundred years, child. Three hundred years since I last gazed upon this world... 250 since we were in the midst of a civil war. It seems that for you it has only been one month, if not shorter." Sutta would say. "From this day forth, your nation, 'Greater Occitania', shall be known as the Akaatan Military Governate of Greater Occitania." he added as he looked out of the window. "Do you understand?" he would say as he would make the storm die down. "Yes, my lord." Jean said. "Good... good. Now die..." Sutta would say as he clenched his fist, causing Jean's windpipe to be crushed. Eventually, Jean collapsed to the floor, lifeless. "Contact Admiral Elutin, tell him he is to take over the Akaatan Military Governate of Greater Occitania." he would say over a hologram. "Yes, my lord, it shall be done." an officer would reply before informing the admiral of his orders. And thus, after 300 years, the Akaata would return to Orbis.
  4. Greetings to the many diverse peoples of Orbis. My name is Jean Guillaume Betrand, and I am King of Greater Occitania and France. In the years since the fall of the Wolf dynasty, my family has kept watch over the nation, keeping it stable. Today, I wish to state the following: One, we will forever more stand against tyranny wherever it may take root. Second, I wish to condemn the genocide preformed by an "Akaatan" general in Sweden, and as such, I have commissioned for a statue to be built in remembrance of those who were lost. Third, but most certainly not the least important, there are rumors that I am actually of the old Wolf Dynasty. I would like to say the following: Yes, I am in truth of the Wolf dynasty by blood, however, my family changed it's name to avoid publicity for a time. However, I am officially readopting the name of Wolf. That is all. Vive la Occitania! Vive la France! The screen changes to the flag of Greater Occitania waving in the wind with the anthem of the nation, "Hymne à la Liberté en Occitan", playing in the background
  5. Official nation name: Greater Occitania Population (P&W numbers): 1,000 GDP per capita (P&W numbers): Unknown Population density (sq. km): 50.01 people per square mile Form of Government: Constitutional Monarchy Politics & War Wikia link (leave blank if you don't have one): Describe your Nation IC: Greater Occitania, or the United Kingdom of Greater Occitania as it is formally known, is a successor state to the old French Empire ruled by the Wolf dynasty. It is generally believed that King Betrand is a blood relative of the Wolf dynasty, giving him legitimacy as the King. Describe yourself in OOC terms: You guys should already know who I am by now. I am some guy who spends to much time writing elaborate posts. Have you read, and do you agree to abide with, the rules? (Yes/No): Yes (You must not have a history of continuous rule breaks in the national affairs subforum!) Where on the map do you want to be located? (Using real-world geography/nations, or a self-provided map): (Part of France in blue) Nation flag link (if you have a specific one you want to be used): (Map-wise, you're limited to a maximum of 50 provinces. If you go higher than that, I'll personally adjust it down until it's at 50, or ask you to re-do your own example until it fits within the 50 province limit. Note that expansion is allowed, but at a maximum of four provinces per month as to be as realistic as possible. This rule applies to nations under 50 provinces as well. Nations are permitted to own colonies, but at a maximum of 5 with no more than 20 provinces each. Provinces are unable to be moved from one location to another. Gifted land is also capped at four provinces per month. Land gained by a nation as a result of war can be more than this.) (You are required to post at least once a month (no more than a month after your last post) in the national affairs subforum to remain active. This means creating your own topic, not just commenting on someone else's posts. Inactive nations will be removed from the map.)
  6. Remove me from the map. I am gifting you (Lelouch) the rest of Virginia and West Virginia and Macau to Zafri
  7. Attention, people of Orbis. I am Sutta Jen Taral, and I come before you with some most disheartening of news. Today, I am announcing an immediate and permanent withdrawal of all Akaatan forces from Orbis III. As much as it pains me to say this, the colony on Orbis III is no longer a profitable venture. I am, on the other hand, proud to say this to you: Like a parent watching their child grow into adulthood, I see that we are no longer necessary for this world. I wish to say that Walpurgis will fall eventually, and that I bid you all a very fond farewell. Emperor Sutta Jen Taral, signing off. Akaatan forces are being withdrawn from Orbis as we speak, and it's territory is being abandoned.
  8. Greetings to whomever this may concern. My name is Sutta Jen Taral, Immortal Emperor of the Akaata, and I wish to share some things going on within the Empire with the general populace. First of all, a new form of transport has been invented by some of our finest scientists. This new form of transport, which they are calling an "Infinity Gate", allows for instantaneous travel between any location you wish, be it the bustling metropolis of Kal'kad or the forests of Northern Canada. We hope to offer the services to the native population of Orbis III within the next few months under one condition: Access to it shall be sent through to the MHC, who will decide upon allowing the person of interest to use it. Speaking of Orbis III, I have several important things to say. First of all, it has been decided that the following individuals are to be granted honorary citizenship of the Akaatan Infinite Empire: King Ciel Wolf (in honor of coming to the throne of Scandinavia), King Jæger De Britannia (for reasons similar to the previous), Emperor Lelouch Vi Britannia (in honor of his work to better the lives of his people), and Emperor Tristar Majestica (granted for attempts to prevent civilian casualties in Sweden). Next, General Thornton has been found guilty by an Akaatan Military Tribunal of the following crimes: Breaking military protocol, committing genocide on a populace, usage of chemical weapons, intimidation of soldiers into being compliant with war crimes, and general misconduct. He has since been turned over to a joint military tribunal on Orbis III, where he will stand trial for war crimes. Finally, I wish to say something on the situation in Walpurgis. Your days are numbered, whoever you might be that leads Walpurgis. We will not stand idly by as millions face death for no reason other than existing. We do not care if millions must die if it means freedom from your grip. Orbis will stand united against you with Akaatan support. That is all.
  9. The Spire, District #1, Kal'kad Outside of the Imperial Palace on Kal'kad, a new structure could be seen towering above many of the other structures. Within, a new piece of technology was stored, one that could change the empire forever. Slowly, Emperor Taral and his staff approached the structure and entered it. Inside, they saw a massive metal ring, at least three stories in height which surrounded a bright light. "Such beauty... It will most certainly benefit our Empire. Activate it." Sutta would say to one of the operators. The operator would comply, and for a moment, a hexagonal grid would appear before them within the light. Following this, the grid would fade, showing another world- Orbis III. Sutta would approach it and slowly walk through, appearing on the planet. However, as he passed through, he felt another presence, one that was hidden between dimensions, for this gateway, having linked two universes together. It was strange, seeing as how this had never been done, and yet it managed to remain active. The gateway, which was located on Kal'kad, could be opened anywhere, and access was only available to those authorized by the Akaatan government. Many wondered if it was possible to open the gateway between dimensions, but that would not be tested at this point. Thus, the gateway to infinity was opened.
  10. The Eclipse, Space near Orbis III, Orbis System The room was, for the most part, silent, soldiers were standing, motionless, as a man in a uniform was being escorted by two heavily armed guards. It became clear that he was not doing this by force, given that his arms had been bound behind his back. At the opposite side of the room aboard the Eclipse, Emperor Taral stood alongside several high ranking officers, including Grand Moff Vaiken of the Military High Command. Upon reaching the opposite side of the room, the man was shoved to the ground by the soldiers, who then proceeded to point their weapons at him under the explicit orders to kill him should he attempt to escape. "General Thornton, you stand accused of breaking military protocol, committing genocide on a populace, usage of chemical weapons, intimidation of soldiers into being compliant with war crimes, and general misconduct. How do you plea?" Grand Moff Vaiken said as he walked up to the man. "Not guilty..." General Thornton said as he looked up to Vaiken. "While normally we would have you executed for such crimes, this case has attracted special attention from the natives. As such, you shall be tried in the city of New Haven tomorrow." Vaiken said as he motioned to the guards. "Take him away, and may they have as much mercy on you as we have." he added. The guards would immediately grab him and take him back to his cell. New Haven, Orbis III, Orbis System "One minute to landing. Make sure he is secured." The pilot said as they began to enter the planet's atmosphere. The shuttle, which was one of a newer line that was planned to be introduced to the military. As it approached, it lowered it's landing gear and prepared to set down on a nearby helipad. Upon landing, a ramp was lowered, and General Thornton, who was being accompanied by around ten soldiers and Emperor Taral, was escorted to the building designated to be where the trial was held. Upon reaching it, Sutta spoke up. "Form ranks!" Sutta would order, and the soldiers would comply. "Present arms!" he would then order, and once again, the soldiers would comply. He would them to face the soldier across from them until ordered otherwise. Sutta and General Thornton would then enter, and the trial would commence.
  11. Sorry, but only a specific group of people can actually utilize them. Anyone else who says them will be ignored.
  12. This list has been made at the discretion of the Akaatan Military High Command, or AMHC, with the explicit purpose of informing the general public about several of the main commands given to the average soldier. They are as follows: Special Orders Base-Delta-Zero = Orbital Bombardment of a planet's surface with the explicit purpose of wiping out all life upon said world Contingency Order 93 = Contingency order given in case the Emperor himself is somehow killed. Typically, in this situation, a hologram with a pre-recorded message from the Emperor will appear and utter the following words: "Execute Contingency 93", which means to lock down the planet Kal'Kad until further notice and execute anyone accused of suspicious activities upon sight. Contingency Order 94 = Second in a series of contingency orders, Contingency Order Beta is similar to Order 93 in many ways, but instead of it being if the Emperor is killed, it is in the case of a member of the Military High Command. As with Order 93, Order 94 involves locking down Kal'Kad and giving permission to execute criminals on sight. Contingency Order 37 = Used to capture a highly wanted being, Order 37 involves taking an entire city's population hostage and threatening to execute them if the person of interest does not come out of hiding. Should he come out of hiding, the civilians will be released. Contingency Order 65 = If the Prime Minister is seen as unfit to uphold the office entrusted to him, Akaatan forces are ordered to remove him from office. Lethal force is authorized when Order 65 is issued. Contingency Order 65 can only be issued by the Emperor. Contingency Order 66 = In the case that the leadership of the Akaatan Military is seen as unfit to operate, Contingency Order 66 is issued to execute the leadership immediately. Contingency Order 66 can only be issued by the Emperor. Contingency Order 150 = One of the few Contingency Orders that has never been issued, Contingency Order 150 involves the activation of *REDACTED* in order to destroy all other *REDACTED* in the *REDACTED* Akaatan Code Words Anticitizen = Criminal/Terrorist Airwatch = Aerial forces Biotic = Rogue Hazardous Creature Bouncer = Enemy Grenade Control Section = The Spire Dislocate = Remove Displace = Retreat Deserviced = Dead ally Cauterize = Cut Off Exogen = Chemical Weapon Expunge = Kill Extractor = Friendly Grenade Flare = Grenade (in General) Interpose = Cover Lock = Stand Ground Hard-Point = Mounted weapon/Bunker Necrotic = Biological Weapon Non-Citizen = Rebel Outbreak = Revolt (if used three times, it means overwhelmed) Parasite = Mind Control Phantom = Assassin Priority 1 Objective = Enemy Commander Probe = Investigate Prosecute = Assault Signature Imprint = Data Package Sterilizer = Autonomous Turret Tag = Kill Transporter = Ship Viscerator = Autonomous drone 10-99 = Overrun 10-108 = Friendly Dead 404: Riot
  13. Day 7 - 0400 hours - Finland Akaatan forces have reached Helsinki, Tampere, and Pori. Akaatan casualties are around 100, while Civilian casualties are estimated to be around 50. Rebel forces have taken 5,000. Coalition forces have reached the city of Stojord. Coalition casualties are around 6,000, while civilian casualties are currently unknown, but estimated to be around 40. Rebel forces are also unknown at this time. Day 14 - 1200 hours - Finland Akaatan forces have reached Oulu and Kuusamo, while Coalition forces have reached as far as Hesseng. Akaatan special forces unit "Aleph Squad" has been deployed in the outskirts of Murmansk alongside Emperor Taral and two other squads with the following orders: Deactivate the Nuclear weapons before they can be launched, Capture and/or kill the Rebel leadership in the city, and finally, free Ciel Wolf. Aleph Squad has been ordered to free Ciel Wolf, while "Kaph Squad" has been ordered to deactivate the nuclear weapons. Seeing as the rebel leadership is probably located where they are hiding Ciel, Emperor Taral and "Tyth Squad" will be accompanying Aleph Squad in their mission. Before departing, Emperor Taral gave a speech to the troops in both Norway and Finland. Emperor Taral's speech "It is said that the Coalition military under General Thornton was responsible for a genocide in Norway, that countless atrocities were committed against civilian targets. However, under my command, we have saved many lives! Now that we have confirmation of nuclear weapons in Murmansk, we know our true mission. We must deactivate the nuclear weapons and spare future generations from a far worse fate than death! I have seen the detestation caused by these weapons on countless worlds! There is a planet that has been uninhabitable for four thousand years because of these weapons! We MUST prevent this from happening here, lest we are to see millions, if not billions, of people die in a most horrible manner! Therefore, I am taking up command of a mission that will bring the end of the rebellion with haste. The leaders of the rebellion shall feel the wrath of a nation who will not allow genocide once more! This concerns YOU, leaders of the rebellion which has caused the death of millions: I... Come for you! And to Ciel Wolf, we will find you, and when we do, you will be free once more. Thank you, and... what was the term that natives use again? Oh, right, good luck."
  14. With the liberation of Stockholm, Operation Winter's End can finally begin. However, it shall not be led by General James Thornton, who is being tried for War Crimes by an International Tribunal. As such, Emperor Sutta Taral has decided to take personal command of Akaatan and Coalition forces. Having been a proven commander, Sutta served in many wars, both on Orbis and on other worlds. His methods, while sometimes harsh, do get results without the worry of too many civilian casualties. Upon arrival in Stockholm, he came to realize just what the general had done, and he was completely disappointed. However, time was a precious commodity, as the rebels had gained access to Swedish nuclear weapons capable of wiping out the capitals of all allied powers with ease. As such, for the first time in many years, the full might of the Imperial military will come crashing down upon an enemy force on Orbis III. Already, four Akaatan divisions have been sent to assist in the invasion of Finland and Northern Norway, alongside several tanks, artillery pieces, and shuttles. With the supplies delivered, the invasion of Finland and Northern Norway can commence. Day 1 - 0300 hours - Åland Islands Akaatan forces arrive in the Åland island chain in order to provide a staging ground for allied forces to attack the rebels in Finland. In the meantime, Coalition forces are making the push towards Nordkapp. Casualties high for coalition forces. Day 1 - 1000 hours - Åland Islands Akaatan forces enter Kumlinge, where they are greeted by Swedish citizens. With this, the Åland Islands have been liberated, and Allied forces can begin to arrive in the region before moving on to Finland. Coalition forces are making some progress, however, they were hit with a major blizzard, so progress has stalled somewhat. Current casualties for Coalition forces are around 50 in the march north, while Akaatan casualties are around 10. Only one civilian has died in the fighting so far. Soldier's note "So, I don't know that this might get as publicly recognized as many other letters, me being a clone and all, but I will try. My... designation is CC 6473460, or as my brothers call me, 'Tyth'. I was... born on the moon of Kal'kad, Kal'mir, a world covered in water, as were all of my brothers thirty years ago. Thanks to my accelerated aging, I might look like I am in my late 50's, but I am actually as healthy as a thirty year old man. Given that we are Akaatan clones, and not clones of Orbisians, that is no problem, seeing as we have about half of the average Akaatan's lifespan, but that's besides the point. I arrived with my division in the city that the natives call "Stockholm", where we prepared to liberate Åland. Once the order had been given, we boarded our shuttles and were flown to Åland with several tanks. We took the islands within seven hours. Once this had been done, we received a most special visitor: Emperor Sutta Taral himself. He stated to us that he was taking full command of the Operation and that he would be leading us in Finland. I must say, it is an honor to serve with such a powerful being, but his presence is... a bit frightening. You see, he can command several bodies at once, and the one he appeared with looks like the one he had when he was cybernetically repaired. Anyways, this is CC 6473460, signing off."
  15. You forgot one thing Genocide in Norway by a single general...
  16. March 3rd, 2019 - 0500 hours Akaatan and coalition forces begin the final push into Stockholm. They are supported by two Akaatan tanks and five Coalition tanks. Their goal: Reach Gamla Stan and liberate the Royal Palace and whoever might be imprisoned there. By the end of the day, they reached the Stockholm Public Library in Vasastan. Casualties on the first day: 640 March 4th, 2019 - 0900 hours Akaatan and coalition troops advance from the Stockholm Public Library and into Norrmalm. They face heavy resistance, resulting in only being able to reach the Brunkeberg Tunnel. Casualties on Day two: 990 March 5th, 2019 - 1200 hours Akaatan and Coalition forces find a lack of enemy troops and keep advancing. They reach the Riddarfjärden bay by nightfall, where they see the enemy fortifying the buildings. They begin to prepare for a fight that many will not survive. Casualties on day three: 17 March 6th, 2019 - 0300 hours Akaatan and Coalition forces cross the Riddarfjärden and arrive at the old Royal Palace, where it is believed several hostages are being held. On the opposite side of the bay, Hungadadan and German forces can be seen advancing towards the palace as well. Heavy fighting begins in and around the palace. Casualties on day four: 1200 March 7th, 2019 - 1700 hours After a long battle, the Royal Palace of Stockholm has been liberated, and with it, the rest of the city. The Swedish flag flies over a city in ruins, but nowhere near as bad as Oslo had been. Civilian casualties are an unfortunate part of the battle, with around 60,000 dying in a makeshift hospital in the Bromma Stockholm airport. Total Akaatan and Coalition casualties since war began: 64,730 Total Civilian Casualties since war began: 576,200 With the recapture of Stockholm, Operation Winter's End can commence "We regret to inform the Johnson family of New Chicago that Private William A. Johnson has been killed in action during the Battle of Stockholm. He was killed after having freed fifteen hostages in the Royal Palace before getting two of his fellow soldiers who had been injured to safety. He was killed by a rebel soldier armed with a flamethrower. For his actions, he has been posthumously awarded the Cross of Glory, the highest Akaatan military honor achievable. He will be granted a state funeral in which the Emperor himself has stated that he will attend. We mourn the loss of a true hero of the Coalition, as you mourn the loss of a son." -General James Thornton
  17. February 5th - 1700 hours - Igelbäcken forest Separatist forces withdrawing from Igelbäcken forest towards Hallonbergen. Casaulties in Igelbäcken reported to be around 9,000+. Civilian casualties in Igelbäcken are ten, primarily those who attempted to flee towards Coalition lines. February 9th - 0800 hours - Bromsten suburb Akaatan and coalition forces have found the rest of the Bromsten suburb all but abandoned. Forces moving in towards Bromma Stockholm Airport. Expecting heavy resistance. Consider sending a further 30,000 troops to replace those we have lost. February 9th - 1700 hours - Bromma Stockholm Airport Akaatan and Coalition forces have reached the Bromma Stockholm Airport. Evidence of flamethrowers being used by separatists found by a squad nearby. All that was found was the charred corpses of around 30 civilians. Believed to be due to wishing to get behind allied lines. Expecting heavy fighting in airport. Forces to the north report that they are closing in on the Karolinska Institutet. Heavy fighting expected there as well. February 10th - 0200 hours - Bromma Stockholm Airport Akaatan and Coalition forces have secured Bromma Stockholm Airport and Karolinska Intitutet. Forces in north taking up positions just outside the city proper. Patrol boats have sunk several small separatist boats attempting to find a way out of the city. Scouts report that the separatists in the city proper are dug in for the coming battle and have several heavy tanks along key roads. Febuary 10th - 0700 hours Military high command has issued a report on casualties taken by Akaatan and Coalition forces, as well as those of civilians. Akaatan Military casualties - 1,300 Coalition Military casualties - 60,000 Civilian casualties (per campaign) - Norwegian Campaign - 500,200 Swedish Campaign - 9,000 Battle of Stockholm - 7,000 Soldier's note "When I signed up to fight for the coalition in Sweden, I thought it would be a quick war. Little did I know... On the first day of the Battle of Stavanger, I saw the true face of war... For while the news only focuses on the victories in war, I saw our first true defeat. Sure, it wasn't a defeat in the sense of us being repulsed or anything, but it was a defeat to our hearts... our souls. Every night, I am reminded of the battle, of seeing friends I grew up with die before me. Then... we reached Oslo. So many lives lost... So many I could have saved, but it was too late. Some nights, I wonder that if we had made it earlier, we would have saved them. Now, Oslo stands as a ruin, it's buildings in ruins, and it's people shattered. I had asked to remain there to help those who survived, but alas, I wound up here, in Stockholm. On the first day of the battle of Stockholm, we crossed what some of my fellow soldiers have been calling 'No Man's Land'. So many lives lost simply crossing, many more wounded still. At one point, I saw a squad stop in the middle of No Man's Land, all save their sergeant. He was ready to fall and quick to defend, but he was shot outright by his own men. Of course, I couldn't stay too long, and so we continued onward. Now, we face our greatest challenge- taking Stockholm it's self." -Private William A. Johnson, Eagle Company, February 10th, 2019.
  18. Akaatan and coalition forces, having faced heavy resistance in the outskirts, have entered the Bromsten suburb, as well as the Igelbäcken forest. Casualties are unknown, presumed to be around 5,000 Coalition and Akaatan troops dead and many more injured. Rebel casualties are unknown at this time, as are civilian deaths. Forces engaged in the Igelbäcken forest are currently locked in a stalemate, and casualties are unknown. Akaatan and coalition forces in Bromsten are making considerable gains, and are making their way towards the Bromma Stockholm airport in the hopes of providing allied aircraft a base in the city, as well as cutting off further supplies to the rebels. Coalition patrol boats have been deployed on Lake Malar, and Akaatan fighters have been preforming repeated airstrikes of rebel forces, leading to the situation above. The fighting continues, with no end in sight.
  19. 0700 hours - 1/29/17 - Stockholm, Sweden. Akaatan and Coalition forces take up positions in the suburbs of Jakobsberg, Rotebro, and Enebyberg, while Hungadadan and German forces take up positions in Flemmingsberg, Vidja, Vega, Botkyra, Slagsta, and Tullinge. All allied forces have begun digging trenches outside of the city in preparation for the battle to liberate Stockholm. Akaatan fighters have begun dropping leaflets over the city in the hopes of getting as many civilians out as possible. So far, around 600,000 civilians have been safely evacuated, leaving around 100,000 civilians left inside. Between the city and Allied forces, the land is akin to that of No Man's Land during the Great War. 1600 hours - 1/29/17 - Stockholm, Sweden Preliminary shelling of the city begins in the hopes of neutralizing enemy positions. Reinforcements from Akaatan North America arrive numbering around 50,000. General James Thornton of the Coalition army orders the bombardment of rebel positions within Stockholm. Rebel casualties unknown, estimated to be around 900. Civilian casualties also unknown, assumed to be close to 3000. 0500 hours - 1/30/17 - Stockholm, Sweden The order to advance is given. Akaatan, Hungadadan, German, and coalition forces cross the No Man's Land and into Sweden. 16,000 troops killed or otherwise incapacitated in crossing No Man's Land alone. The Battle for Stockholm, and might I add the very soul of Sweden, begins.
  20. Somewhere on Kal'kad... It is said that strife is common within the Imperial family, that the current Emperor killed his only brother in the hopes of gaining his father's approval. Even the emperor, Sutta Taral, believed that he had done such horrible things. However, he did not feel his brother die, and for several months afterwards, he felt his brother in pain before it suddenly stopped. Little did he know... Far below the surface of Kal'kad, a large glass cylinder could be seen, and within, a humanoid being could be seen. However, he was connected to a large amount of wires. Slowly, a man whose face was obscured by a mask. The man bowed and spoke. "My prince, the time has come to take your birthright." the man said before getting up and typing a code on a screen. Within a few seconds, a bright light emerged from the cylinder, and the being inside could be seen more easily. The man, who appeared to be in his mid-twenties, had half of his face obscured and an arm replaced with a cybernetic one. Once he had been awoken, he was released from the chamber. "How long this time... Heskal?" the man asked. "Twenty years, my lord." Heskal replied as he removed the mask and looked at the man, who was kneeling on the ground. "You are lucky your brother didn't find this place, Kaph." he added as he helped him up. "Then it is time to exact my revenge..." Kaph said, the eye not covered by the mask turning a bright orange. "Any targets? Preferably someone close to the Emperor." he added. "Well... There is Governor Norac of the Crucis sector." Heskal said. "He is making a visit to Kal'kad soon." he added as he walked over to a weapon's case. "I suggest you don't use a lightsaber for this. Use a normal weapon, maybe one that has been enhanced through alchemy?" he finished as he grabbed an ornate sword with the symbol of the Imperial family on it. "Huh... So I am going to assassinate him using a dusty old relic of an era long gone? Fine by me, but I will need some gear... Perhaps a cloaking device, a grapple, and an EMP device would be called for?" Kaph asked as he walked over to Heskal. "I can handle that. All you need is to assassinate him and rally the people to your side." Heskal said as he handed him the gear that would be required. "Happy hunting." he added as he walked out. "Never could trust you scions to get to the point..." Kaph said as he walked over to the door. He began travelling to the coordinates he was given, and his reign of terror would begin...
  21. Akaatan Victory in Oslo At 0600 hours on the 15th of January, the final push to break through enemy lines outside of Oslo. Coalition troops entered Oslo at 1100 hours, where they met heavy resistance from the rebels who had retreated five hours earlier. Due to the rebels having positions in many of the houses, the fighter corps was called in to neutralize their holdouts, leaving large sections of the city in ruins. As of the present day, much of the city has been taken, with a few small rebel holdouts remaining. Nonetheless, these holdouts are expected to fall by midnight. With the liberation of Oslo, the path to Stockholm is all but clear. The army will split up, with half heading south to Fredrikstad, while the other half will head east towards Karlstad.
  22. Upon receiving the message, Akaatan and Coalition forces are withdrawn to Northern Denmark and Norway. As phase one of the intervention comes to a close, Akaatan forces are being withdrawn from the conflict, save for a few troops who are working as engineers and military advisers. In order to compensate for this, another fifteen-thousand coalition troops are deployed, while the Akaatan Fighter Corps. will remain for strategic bombing and close air support. It is hoped that this will assist in breaking the stalemate in Norway.
