A static extra defensive war is too much of a nerf, but unlocking a 4th defensive when you are engaged in a 6th offensive could be a viable option.

The upside of having nicer recruitment messages in meaningless compared to potential consequences of allowing users the ability to send message. If we ignore the ethical concerns over leaving an avenue for potential malcontents to send gore and porn to children, what happens when some players Karen mom looks over their child's shoulder and directly in to that famous dilated brown eye? We might all be all be jaded enough that we don't mind looking at a mans soul through his anus, but maybe it's not a good business decision?

Point of clarification that will probably end poorly for me. The community has had a problem with doxxing before, and someone with a (supposed) financial interest in seeing PnW fail has already been posting sensitive information about Alex, even though that wasn't doxxing.
We don't know for certain that NPO/GOONs et al were the ones behind the doxxing, or if was some other actor(s) looking to achieve something or just cause some chaos. We should stick to the known facts about the wrongdoing (the manhwa farm, etc). -

What's really interesting is the fact that the update essentially gave people who had planes 40% more aluminum, at least in regards to plane cost. Effectively adding billions of dollars in value to the winning side and making the rebuild for the losers that much more expensive. And considering how the aluminum market has been fairing already,

This is entirely too broad, both in scope and language. It's intended use was probably to catch multis, but this really negatively limits player options.
From personal experience, I'm guilty of breaking this rules a year ago when I went into VM, unsure if I was coming back. -
