I think this is a great idea. I like the automatically pegging it to the resource value, but probably for simplicity's sake just increasing it to 7,500 of each resource would be a great idea.

Sorry about that; I should have this fixed now.

The special characters aren't themselves the issue, but they were getting turned into HTML entities, so something like ë gets turned into ë which is actually 5 characters. Because you were close to the limit, that's why it gave you the error.

I should have that fixed now, but please let us know if it's not working now as intended.

You have to have exactly $1,000,000.00 in your nation to trigger it; new nations just happen to start with that amount is why they get it. But presumably your nation was created before that achievement was added to the game and you've never had exactly $1,000,000.00 since then.

Those nations were all inactive, so for the most part weren't participating in the in-game economy.

Of course, some of the money and resources they produced was gotten by raiders and sold on the market. It remains to be seen exactly how much of an impact this will have, but raiders will still raid, it just may be a bit harder to find the juiciest target.

These are players using the translation feature and their IPs get rerouted through that provider's servers. So it doesn't mean all these players are using the same IP address, it's just showing that way on our end because the IP gets changed to the translator's IP before reaching P&W. We're still looking at a good solution for that so it's not such a big false positive.
