Woodbury receives out of the blue donation.

 

The Brittish empire, led by King Moreau III, essentially donated 150k to Woodbury for the amount of 1 food.

The Governor accepted this extremely generous offer, and gave his thanks and appreciation to Moreau III.
"Thank you very much Moreau for such a magnanimous gift. Rest assure that this money will go to the expansion of Woodbury and the prosperity of its people."
