You asked in the right spot. First, click the "Baseball" link in the sidebar and create your team. That should only take a minute or two, and once your team is created, you can start playing! You can play Away Games, where you'll be matched instantly, and if you win you earn some money for your nation. Alternatively, you can host a Home game and then wait for someone else to play you. When someone matches against you, you'll receive a notification telling you the results of the game, and you'll earn some money by selling tickets to the game. There is the possibility of earning extra money if you win your home game as well. That's the basics of it, you just play games (for free) and earn money by playing. You can upgrade your players' stats, which increases your chances of winning, or you can upgrade your stadium, which will increase your revenue for home games, but be careful: upgrades are expensive and you'll probably never make money playing baseball if you start upgrading things (unless you play a lot of games).
