Currently leading is Brinks by 32.67%, and Williams second by 29.94%. Mark Bergen placed 3rd, Alex Schiff placed 4th, Michelle Anderson placed 5th, and Thomas Aldon placed 6th. Given that we once had 12,000 soldiers with 0 munitions, 0 tanks, and 0 aircraft, then yeah, I would consider it "heavily investing". And we're not even done yet.
