I found that there isn’t a stated formula for crime rates in the PnW wik, and was curious what it is so it can be added. I have an idea on how it works by comparing it to the disease formula, but unlike it, we have to deal with commerce as a variable. Using the disease formula as a base, I feel the crime formula would look something like this (without the police training national project): Crime rate= ((0.01 * [(Infrastructure * 100) / (Land Area + 0.001)]^2 - 25) / 100) + (Infrastructure / 1000) - (Police stations * 2.5) - (Commerce * ?)
