Account settings to change whether the "Soldiers Do Use Munitions" box is checked by default

I think it would be very helpful to be able to change whether the munitions box is checked or not by default when you load a GA page. It's very tiring to have to do that extra step in every raid ground battle.

A new nation should have the "Do not use munitions" box unchecked by default, but there should be a setting in the Account page to change it on a user-per-user basis.
