Please disregard this thread. As I understand from this sentence"You are currently on beige, and invulnerable to new war declarations. You will be automatically kicked off beige to gray in 55 turns." This means that nobody can declare war on me, however I have had war declared on me during the time I have played Politics & War. Also, at the time of writing I am still beige.
