Earlier I tried to remove some tanks (before they were all destroyed) and got a message that you can't remove tanks you have built. Later after talking several missiles etc I am trying to delete planes since I am on beige and have negative income from all the infra destroyed and when I try and delete even one plane (by entering -1) I get the message "Your don't have enough air force bases to build that many aircraft today." Not sure what is going on. Unless I missed it (quite possible though I did have a look in the announcement threads) I have seen no announcements about not being able to delete military units.
