Quote

1.) You may not move any martial forces above 500 men or any heavy weapons within 50 miles of UNSC territory. This is to show that you are not a threat to our assets.
2.) You will surrender the state of Louisiana to France, and New York City to the Ottomans. In return, France and decrease it's martial forces by 50% over the course of two years in increments of 25% per year. Additionally, the UNSC as a whole will recognize the USA as a stable force in the world. This is to ensure a stable future for us all.
i) as a sign of good will, France will cede her New England territories in favor of Louisiana territories held by the Government of the United States. 
ii) France will grant unhindered access through the Mississippi River for US-Flag bearing vessels under the conditions they not trade in French-Louisiana without valid trade permits, fish in French waters, be carrying military equipment, or in times of armed conflict between France and The United States.
3.) You will share any intelligence you receive, about any Ally or nationstate plotting to attack UNSC assets. This will show us your sincerity towards peace.

The Treaty of Paris (2008) 

This Treaty is set to de-escalate tensions in the North American continent amid heightened tensions. The agreement was struck by the UNSC Diplomatic staff and American diplomats invited to Paris and agreed to by both parties. As such, French assets in Boston have begun to disassemble military bases, financial assets no longer required, and other French national security issues in Boston.

French Military Command has prepared to reach the 25% drawdown for 2009 and the second-wave of 25% for 2010.
