Tali Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 The Espinoage and Control of Information Act The Supreme Council has deemed that Espinoage a vital threat to the Soviet Union, and hereby gain a stricter grasp on Information in the State. Any information that is considered classified shall be held on by a few hands, and to ensure safety, the databanks will be moved to a portable device that shall be moved constantly. This portable device will not connect to any form of wireless transmission and can only be accessed by High Level government officials. For said High Level Official that is not the General Secretary, must gain permission to access these documents and must be monitored by any means deemed necessary by the Supreme Council. During the viewing process, the viewer has to be searched for any items that can copy the materials of the documents, and if they have devices on said person, they must surrender it before gaining access. Failure to comply is an immediate death sentence. The portable device will be guarded 24/7 be elite teams dedicated to ensure it's safety. Any person caught doing Espinoage against the State shall be executed for crimes against the motherland. All information will be classified into either groups, Classified/Non Classified. All classified Information considered top priority secrets shall be placed in the Portable Device, while less valued classified information will be placed in the Archives.
