Prince Hunter of Bavaria Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Concept The basic concept of the Chasseur program was decided when the French government wary of extraterrestrial conflicts on Earth worked in conjunction with bio-engineers and extraterrestrial analysts to work on performance enhancing equipment. The Chasseur Project was intended to become the standard outfitization of the French Armed Force’s extension. The Commandement spatial français [CSF] was the Command Structure of the French Space Army and Navy. The Armee de l’espace would be created under Parliamentary Order SFFRAEL-AS-2-01-00. Prime Minister Laura Chauve the pioneer of the French Space Command pushed the plan into the Senat floor in a closed select agreement between the party of twelve. The Chasseur Program recruited many from the French Armee de Terre, but others willing to join this new program. Chasseurs were elite french hunters, agile soldiers, and intelligent officers. Rather than relying on brute force, the Chasseur Program equipped its candidates with state of the art, but mobile armor to meet the challenges of alien weaponry. Although it can repel a majority of human fired ballistic and can sustain some damage from plasma energy weapons the armor is susceptible to explosives and arc energy based weaponry. Dr. Olsen of the Chasseur Program envisioned an elite sector of the Armee de l’espace and her vision succeeded in the culmination of the French Armee de l’espace with some 5,000 personnel. Origin The Chasseur Program is stationed in Bern and Geneva Switzerland. Launched by the Prime Minister, the facility is a top clearance facility built to be self-sustained for six months at a time. Its aim was an increase in effectiveness in the Armee de L’espace and ultimately to breed new technology for the French Armee de L’espace and Spatial Marine. Current Status The Chasseur Program is now situated into three sectors. The Army Wing, the Navy Wing, and the Research Wing. The Army Wing is some 6,500 strong all armed with the Chasseur Armor Type-01, Standard Chauve-Arc Rifles, and standardized equipment of; an integrated-oxygen mask, visors capable of allowing enhanced interfaces between individual troops and the higher command structure, rations to sustain two rotations, and a beacon to be utilized if lost or captured. The Navy Wing with 8,000 personnel and 10,000 researches, developers, technicians, and mechanics has an arsenal of sixteen Foch-Interceptors based off of the First Order. It is currently in planned construction of one Dreadnaught, The Napoleon is a heavy-dreadnaught capable of projecting 7,300 soldiers with a crew of 2,300 and an additional complement of carrying 100 Foch-interceptors. The Napoleon utilized an ionic propulsion and mitigates the effects of the Resorian splice by using a warp core that can allow cleaner interstellar travel and more consistency than with the splicer. The Research Wing is made up of 500 scientists, and some other 800 engineers and artists that develop, create and test the French Space Command’s newest technology and developments. With offices in Bern and Geneva, the Research Wing has boomed with investment and support from Resoria and the French Government. Dear Prime Minister Chauve, The Elizabeth Project has been declassified by the Presidential Clearance Act/223/02. As such, EUROCOM has shared the contents of the Elizabeth Project. It is with utmost confidence that EUROCOM has tested the Armee de l'espace and Spatial Marine with its operations to Simocadia and Mercury. The Atmosphere of a majority alien inhabited world are breathable to humans and likewise, the conditions for military-grade devices to be used are present. In Simocadia, the Lecrec MBT and Tiger Helicopter have been deployed with success and face no major setbacks. We can assume that for most planets these conditions are close-enough to allow current equipment to be used. They are yet to be used in combat, however, we believe that with Project Jupiter the Railgun Program will eventually be turned into a mobile artillery unit to join the Armee de l'espace. The Armee de l'espace has been briefed on the covenant threat and likewise, the V.S.F. Napoleon is on the look for any Covenant Ships. While the V.S.F. Napoleon cannot engage the enemy fleet, a timely notice will allow the UNSC ample time to respond and prepare necessary deployments and evacuations. The Cheetah A1 will be joining the Armee de l'espace with 200 models of the tank having been produced already for the Armee de Terre. We also expect an increase of Chasseurs to 12,000 by the end of the year. With resources being discovered the Spatial Marine has both requested the V.S.F. Ceaser to help maintain the Simocadia Operations and Mercury Operations and the V.S.F. Kara to be able to reinforce either operation in a timely manner. The President believes that you Madame Prime Minister are most knowledgeable and most invested to help develop the French Space Expansion and such she has granted you the position of Chief of the United Branches of the Space Development Program. The roles of this position are immense and most prestigious and alongside the French Triumvirate at the United Nations Space Command, General May of NORTHCOM, General Kruger of EUROCOM, and Chief of the United Army of France's Space Force will be the pioneers of a new future for France. Dear Prime Minister Chauve, With the recent reshuffling of the Government, we have new intelligence and information to share. The V.S.F. Napoleon is on the look for any Covenant Ships and has reported zero activity in the Simocadia region. With that, The V.S.F. Caeser and Kara have been complete. The two new ships are releving the Napoleon of her scouting duties. The V.S.F. Kara will rendezvous with the 2nd Space Marine Division on Simocadia to reinforce the defenders. After the attack last rotation, one-fourth of our forces were killed or wounded. 500 CheatahA1 tanks will be deployed to Simocadia, with an additional 300 going to Mercury station. With time, the CheetahA1 Program will be dissolved and replaced with the CheetaX2 prototype which is planned to begin designing phases in 2005.
