Tali Posted December 20, 2017 Share Posted December 20, 2017 (edited) The General Secretary of the Soviet Union has decided that massive industrialization is required to fulfill the need's of the Glorious Soviet nation. The State has agreed the necessity of heavy industry is lacking, and must be caught up quickly, at any cost. The Economic Planning Committee has set quotas for the following Industries: Armaments, Military Vehicles, Nuclear Weaponry and Naval Construction. The Soviet Union will also be enacting the Collectivism of Agriculture. All land is now owned directly by the state, and handled by the local authorities. Each worker of the farm's shall be allowed to keep a small portion of the crops to feed their families, and the rest must be shipped for redistribution. To compensate the loss of the crops, the state shall pay the workers a living wage, and provide free housing. The USSR will also enact Prison labor to speed the time of the construction of these manufacturing plants. The prisoners who volunteer to join the Labor program shall receive a 4.56 per hour wage, and will be released at the end of this Five Year Plan. If the number of volunteers does not meet the quota needed, then prisoners will be randomly selected to join the labor force with a wage of 2.50 per hour, and they will not be eligible for an early release, unless the Central Prison Committee makes an exception. The General Secretary also decree's that at the end of the Five Year Plan, the Soviet Union shall see a drastic increase in National revenue, productivity, and quality of life. The Western Powers took her passive nature and turned it against us. Eventhough they knew our military and nuclear arsenal was purely for defensive purposes, they enacted a war to eliminate the Russian people, and kill us all. What they forget is that the Russian people are stubborn, and we will rebuild before they regain their strength!
