The Mighty Soviet's hand has met with the First Order's honorable government. The Free people of Russia demanded the nations to become closer, to ever spread our glorious wings and bring us to the future! The Soviet People spoke, and the government listened. The Soviet motherland will rejoice of this glorious news, and the people will cry for our dear leader who successfully fulfilled their mighty wishes! Quote PREAMBLE: The Soviet Union and the First Order, hereby known as the parties, both agreed that peace and brotherhood will benefit both nations. The Parties sat and created the Red Order Defense Initiative, an alliance created to secure the People's defense and prosperity. Long live the Soviet Union! Long Live The First Order! Article 1) Respect Both Parties agree to respect eachother during peace and war times. The parties shall always be cordial and honest with eachother and any disputes shall be handled behind closed doors. Article 2) Intelligence Sharing Clause Both Parties agree to share any intelligence that may concern each other's security. Both Parties are also encourage to work together on Intelligence gathering on Hostile nations, but is not required. Article 3) Non Chaining Defense Clause Both Parties agree to come to the other's defense unless the othe party entered a war through a different agreement. If so, the other party is encouraged but not required to do so. Article 4) Adding Members to the Red Order Defense Initiative Any Nation can apply to join the Red Order Defense Initiative, however to gain entry, they have to have unanimous agreement between the USSR and the First Order. Article 5) Amendment This Treaty can be amended, but requires unanimous agreement between all parties. The USSR and/or The First Order can veto any amendment proposals. Article 6) Cancellation clause Any Nation can cancel this agreement. They must give a 10 day notice. During the 10 day cool-down period, the treaty is still in effect.
