From The Ashes Rises A New Order (Nation Lore)
 

The Nation of The Empire of Alexiamia was founded by the CEO Alexia Mia "Lex" Luthor 25 years ago. It was based in Orbis in Brazil when the Empress bought one city state and assimilated the rest by means of technology and re-education. It was a highly capitalist authoritarian state ruled strictly by the empress. The Empire of Alexiamia was previously a collection of city states, when it was sold to the highest bidder after the dramatic collapse and assassinations of the leaders. The Empire of Alexiamia was ruled by Empress Alexia and a few major businesses that are under her control. The government was as follows:

The Empire of Alexiamia prided itself of its main laws:

1. All citizens with a salary of less than £500,000 a year must spend at least 95% of their income by the end of the year. Failure to comply will result in being sent to a correctional facility.

2. Citizens must spend their money at government approved retailers only. Any unauthorised buying or selling will result in being sent to a correctional facility.

3. Citizens must use the barcode given to them at birth to identify themselves and all newborn or new citizens must have this barcode tattooed on the inside of the left wrist. Usage of personal names is strictly prohibited and will result in being sent to a correctional facility. All members of Government may instead use the personal names given to them at the time of ascending to office.

4. All new and child citizens must go to The School of Life to undergo mind readjustment. Failure to attend will result in removal from society via Capital Punishment.

5. All citizens must recognize Empress Alexia as their sovereign ruler and mother of the nation. Any signs of thoughtcrime or attempts to alter the mind adjustment of others will result in thorough readjustment or removal from society via Capital Punishment.

The Nation made many technological advancements in warfare and science such as SASHA (Sentient Artificial Surveillance Holographic Assistant) super computer. It's best ally was the regime, but all things would come to an end. After her wedding with Oliver Queen (Green Arrow), the collapse of the planet, and the imprisonment of the Empress's Best Friend Diana, leader of the Regime everything changed. As the nation was transported to another planet, someone was waiting for this prime oppertunity to take over the nation.

 

The First Order took control and rose from the Ashes of Alexiamia at its most vulnerable point, It's leaders, Empress Alexia Queen and Emperor Oliver Queen banished to The Regime, where they would live the rest of their lives or be killed if they tried to return. But was all hope lost?
