Umbrella Corporation HQ Finalizes Agreements with the Holy Britannian Empire's Government.

 

Umbrella will be free to construct a single Hospitals in each Major Britannian City, and replace all local hospitals.
On the condition reports are given each quarter to The Imperial Court of Pendragon
Local and National Laws are followed
In terms of Emergency, Umbrella Workers will use Britannian Provided Ambulances and Drivers alongside each hospital

All Local Hospital's will be remodeled immediately to match the Corporate Brand. All equipment in these newly acquired hospitals shall be upgraded, and will report directly to the Main hospitals that are currently being constructed. 

 

The Capital of Britannia will be the HQ of Umbrella NA Inc, and the Major Hospital being constructed will be the most advanced Medical Facility in the North American Continent. 

 

Due to Umbrella's higher standards, all local citizens joining us shall be sent to Umbrella held lands and undergo further training. During the process, temporary teams shall be running the already functional hospitals until the local workforce returns to HBE. 

All Major cities shall also expect Umbrella to build Manufacturing Plants to assist with the growing demand of Pharmaceutical goods. Due to Britannia's agreement to allow us to construct them, we will be giving them a 25% Discount during the outcome of this Contract.

Prices determined by area. The poorer areas get lower costs and are not profitable, and is usually covered by the UmbrellaCare Foundation. Any citizen that is under what we perceive as poverty will receive free healthcare services at their local hospitals. We will also offer to assist them with education if they agree to a work contract that would make them legally bound to work for Umbrella for x amount of time. For example, a surgeon would have to stay with Umbrella through their Internship and Residency years. All internships are paid. When more citizens start getting better jobs, it would virtually bring them over the poverty line, which will start taking the stress off the UmbrellaCare Foundation's budget. 

This contract will be re-visited each 5 years and be adjusted accordingly
