After the recent collapse of London, King Charles III made the ultimate decision and fled with his navy to a new land, hoping to set up a nation that'll be the successor to the United Kingdom.

Several days later, the crew alerts Charles that they have sighted land, and that according to their maps, it appears to be the United States. Charles orders them to sail to the nearest city. When they land in what is supposed to be Boston, however, it appears to have been abandoned for centuries. It turns out the United States collapsed hundreds of years ago, and this was what was left of it. Charles orders his men to begin the settling of Boston, and renamed the little settlement after his wife, (who had sadly died in from an explosion at the Buckingham Palace) Camilla.

Charles then planned to expand the small settlement into the rest of New England. Once all of New England was conquered, Charles crowned himself king and named his civilization the Kingdom of New England. Eventually, King Charles expanded his reign north to lands such as Nova Scotia, parts of Quebec, Newfoundland, and many others. At this point he renamed the Kingdom of New England to the New England Empire, resulting in his self-crowning as emperor.

And now, we come to the end of the backstory behind the New England Empire. While it seems short, it shall grow as we turn the next page into this empire's history.

Emperor Charles

"There's nothing you can know that isn't known,
Nothing you can see that isn't shown,
There's nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be,
All you need is love,
Love is all you need."
