The Republc of Exodus: Introduction.

 

"In peace, may you leave this shore. In love, may you find the next. Safe passage on your travels. Until our final journey to the ground. May we meet again."

 

The Republic of Exodus has finally came to fruitation! After living in a tyrannical rule of a Corporation who's main goal is to feed its never ending greed, its need for profits, has finally been taken down to it's knees! As we speak, we, the Exodus Chapter, have taken our rightful place as ruler of these lands held captive by the Umbrella Corporation! Their corrupted ways no longer! Our Guarde units have effectively destroyed key targets for Umbrella to effectively enforce it's influence on the world.

 

 

The CEO of Umbrella, Riza Hawkeye, has surrendered, and is now facing trail of Crimes against Humanity, war crimes, and etc. She was a heroic image to her people, and even her, succumbed to the corruption Umbrella drags with it. Umbrella caused Riza Hawkeye to fail every citizen living on Orbis. Umbrella corrupted her mind, soul, and spirit. 

 

 

We, the Republic of Exodus mark our independence, and our laws onto Umbrella's held lands. We will bring justice, we will bring unity!

 

 

Exodus Charter: Laws and Regulations

 

Article 1: Citizenship

 

All citizens of the Republic of Exodus are individuals who are either born inside Exodus soil, or has gained 75% + 1 approval from the Border Control Committee. Citizens are expected to follow all laws passed by The Council. All citizens are expected to accept work detail given to them by the Working Committee, and to follow every command the Guarde gives.

 

Article 2: The Council

 

The Council has every authority to pass or cancel any laws sent to their desk by a Council Member. Every action made by the council must be approved by a majority vote by the council of four. If their is a tie, the Chancellor will vote to end the tie. If the Chancellor abstains his vote, the law or action will be held up for another vote in 10 days. Every Council member is considered leaders, and are handpicked by the Chancellor and approved by the Council.

 

Article 3: The Chancellor

 

The Chancellor is either elected or had power transferred to the individual by the previous Chancellor. The Chancellor is responsible for the entire Republic, and must ensure everyone's security, needs, and health. 

 

Article 4: Criminal Offenses:

 

Depending on the Council's level of offense placed, can have different punishments. If its classified as a misdemeanor, the punishment is Cleaning Work Detail, while a higher classed offense can end with 10 shock lashes, or even up to death.

 

The Council has final say on any charges. Any individual under the age of 18 will be held in the Skybox until they hit the age of 18, and be retried to either be reintegrated back into society, or to be executed. 

 

Article 5: Foreign Affairs:

 

The Chancellor can rectify and sign into effect, alliances or treaties with foreign countries. The Chancellor also can declare war or sign peace at his or her will.

The Kingdom of Sweden would like to establish formal diplomatic ties with the Republic of Exodus, after relations

with the former Umbrella Corporation didn't seem to go very well. Perhaps we could build some sort of economic relationship,

and maybe reopen our borders as well?

"Sire, the Republic of Exodus has made an announcement of Independence. They were the first to reach out and extend a welcome to Windhelm." Thrillus proclaimed.

 

With a nod and a gentle hand gesture Ulfric then said "Thrillis, have Brent and William send a protected royal gift package to the Republic of Exodus. Include many of our trade goods, some good meadbrew, and of course a priceless treasure as a sign of good gesture. Here..." *pulls out an ancient Orc blade from a hidden throne compartment* "This is a priceless ceremonial blade, it is a sign of honor and well being. Please have this delivered to Chancellor Abigail Griffin personally. Also, Thrillis include this letter that I have hand written Chancellor Griffin alongside the blade..."

 

The letter reads:

 

"Chancellor Abigail Griffin, the great nation of Windhelm congratulates you on your declaration of independence! It takes much strength and courage to overthrow a tyrant organization. It would be my honor as Jarl of Windhelm to welcome you wholeheartedly to our humble land. Please feel free to contact us with any arrangements you will need for this trip and of course you will have a full security detail the moment you arrive in Windhelm. We thank you for your generous gifts you sent to us, and are looking forward to further strengthening the relationship between our two nations.â€
