Cenna Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) ***DUTCH CALEDONIAN UNION*** In light of the tensions increasing around the globe Caledonia and The Dutch Empire have agreed to ally with Mutual defense and Optional aggression. As such Caledonia will be sending 13 ships to the Dutch in order to keep the blacklisted nations out. We are glad to have formed this union and hope to increase the ties of not only our nation's but also our citizens.
