Kid Winchell
You ordered an airstrike upon the nation of Baatopia led by Sheepy. The attack was an immense triumph. Your forces lost 0 aircraft, while Sheepy's defenders lost 0 aircraft. You used 0.00 munitions and gasoline executing the attack. The attack destroyed 100 infrastructure in the city of Sheepy Sucks and $1,000,000.00. The fact that you can bomb money doesn't really make much sense. Do you release a whole bunch of tiny bombs that specifically target people's wallets and nothing else? Does the target nation have literal fields of gold that you destroy? It would make much more sense if the text said something like "caused $1,000,000 in other damages to the city of Sheepy Sucks" or "Your forces blasted the city of Sheepy Sucks with a sonic wave tuned to the resonant frequency of local currency, causing $1,000,000.00 to vibrate out of the citizen's pockets and disappear into the ether through portals under couch cushions, in washing machines, and under the mats in the backs of cars."
naTia
Well if it's the government they'd have to hit a reserve, in which case it'd take out gold. Unless you use a currency not backed by gold so idk why they'd have gold. Maybe they just also bombed the value of your dollar, unbeknownst to you. Administrators Alex Posted June 27, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2016 All the countries in Orbis use the same currency, so destroying their reserves of dollars gives them less leverage in trade and whatnot Quote Is there a bug? naTia
Sounds like good grounds to add illicit money printers if you ask me Quote Resident DJ @ Club Orbis Founder of The Warehouse
Ivan the Red
You bomb them with a special variant of moth, breed to feed on money paper. Now you know why currency is printed in special paper and why each country uses it's own formula and keeps it secret.
