Free speech and the writ of habeas corpus is temporarily suspended. Curfews have been set to 21.00. Goand temporarily legalizes the death penalty and torture. Military courts have been set. Wine and drugs have been banned. Civil liberties have been suspended. All prisoners-of-war shall be executed immediately. Request Goand to extradite Muslims who've committed crimes to the Islamic State. 3. Warn Goand against executing, torturing, or denying the rights of any Muslim for any reason.
