Honestly if you had formed an alliance, had IRON members come over, and called it something else entirely
But I already did that!

Because I couldn't half them, as they were at 0.75/turn previously. Halving them would've left us with like .37 or .38 / turn which are difficult numbers to remember, and standardizing everything at 0.25 / turn is easier and simpler.
So the only reason for obliterating oil/lead production is to make the numbers look nice?
It's not like we haven't had ugly numbers before...
Just look at the projects, ffs.

Why were Oil and Lead production cut by 2/3?

Must be a farmer's dream...food has now reached about 320 per unit. That's kinda cool actually...
By that logic, farmers were having a great time during the Dust Bowl.
Farmers are the ones losing the most. They can't make any food and all their improvements, land, and project are going to waste. Since they (normally) produce their own food they probably don't have much stockpiled, so they have to buy food at 4x what they sold it for a few days earlier. I'm baffled that anyone would think this is good for farmers. This is better for people that bought and stockpiled tons of food.

How is this any different than every war ever?On the other hand, the alliances lobbing the nuclear weapons are going to inevitably fall short to alliances who can steer clear of war and grow quickly through war profiteering. It would be in their best interest to keep that growth gap from getting to large - one way could be by a mutual agreement to use less or no nukes, another way could be to roll the alliances who are outpacing them.
"If two alliances fight a war, other alliances get ahead. Therefore, you should arbitrarily roll peaceful alliances like GPA, or just never fight in the first place."

Sheepy, this mechanic is not going to drive some magic meta agreement on nukes. The only time nukes are really used in mass is when your getting insides rearranged. At that point they are the only meaningful way to do damage. Noone is going to give that up. What this going to do is make food a required part of warchests, which is going to jack the price up, slow down rebuilds, & lead to less war. I believe this is the exact opposite of your stated goal for the game?
Not to mention completely screw over any new players that join during a war.
"I just started playing, how do I get food?"
"You don't."

RIP everywhere except Australia
Only 274 nations out of 4424 total are capable of producing food.
-
RIP North America, Europe, Africa, and now South America
-
By tomorrow there won't be any food production anywhere.
-
RIP North America, you will be missed.

North America is already at -67.88% lol.

Thank you.- There is a setting on the Account page to disable city images being displayed on nation pages

Thanks Sheepy, I always thought that I was able to see too much information at once before. Now I can see even fewer cities and projects at one time, thus preventing me from overloading my brain with too much stimulus.
But on the off chance that I feel like shutting down my brain, how do I undo the changes?

Those reps are absurd. Are you trying to make Mensa disband?

I can't wait for the time change to somehow break everything and cause a game reset.
Now I can be on at update and still be able to sleep.

If you want to apologize you could start by paying off your $10,500,000 debt for that loan you took out.

It seems like Bank Activity records that are a little over a month old are missing. The oldest one I've found is dated 07/26/2015 12:34 am

Those exclusively happen when turns occur, and they last for 30 seconds to a minute at most, are you kidding me??"So in the last six months you've never gotten a "The server is currently under a heavy load?"

The in-game timer is advancing 24 turns at a time instead of 1 turn at a time.
-
It looks like it wasn't just war timers that jumped ahead; it seems like the in-game timer accelerated, so -everything- timer based (government changes, building new cities, etc.) time warped too.
Should there be any changes to land?
