Ok, so: Swamp allies tCW, treaty in game, announce on the forums, whole shebang. Quack declares war on HM and tCW. Swamp is allied with tCW, so we come to their defense. Fairly simple. As for Rose joining? I'm not involved in those kinds of discussions, but my understanding is that it wasn't some exclusive deal with Swamp, and that HM would be just as guilty of having a "secret treaty" for Duck Hunt as Swamp.

I'm getting a 404 when I execute a ground attack. I think specifically when I have ground control. War link: https://test.politicsandwar.com/nation/war/timeline/war=119999 I was able to do one ground attack, get GC, now I get a 404 when trying to ground attack. It does show a results screen, but does not actually do anything and the actual request 404'd.

First of all, I'd like to apologize if you were told we would counter without any followup. I would say that's a miscommunication, as I know if I had been the one contacted I would have told you we wouldn't be able to counter effectively. I did find a few links in our counter request channel that were posted on your behalf. I can confirm that we wouldn't have been able to counter effectively since our members who would be in range had been fully slotted by the initial wave of wars, with the hit to air force that that implies. Given that the first round didn't even end before this surrender, we unfortunately don't have the chance to respond better in future rounds of war.
