While the infra damage statistics stand where they are, I personally find unit damage/loss more interesting, and how the fronts are holding up with respect to that.

Holy shit, how do you have a negative score? How long has down voting been a thing on the owf?
Since around the time the forums were 'upgraded'.

Ah, so you have learnt something from your crusade against them.

So many questions.

Why do people post recognitions of hostility when a declaration of war has been made on the forums? Seems... unnecessary.
Carry over from the other realm. A recognition thread was a convenient place to post a rebuttal to a CB (if given). If there was no CB, then it provided a good avenue for bashing to take place. Often though, the RoH was merely posted in the thread where war was declared.

I have seen DEFCON 1 fight in that other realm. You have proved worthy opponents - and comrades - every time. My expectations are high for this bunch. Welcome.

Some quick stats for KT:
Offensive: 187/204 offensive slots have not been filled. Percentage: 91% (Makes sense. 10% of your slots to counter isn't bad considering the situation)
Defensive: 87/204 defensive slots have not been filled. Percentage: 42% (Considering this was at 43% a minute or so ago, and now bumped down to 42%, I'd say by the end of this day this number will go down significantly.)- 3

I'm pretty sure that's not the entirety of their bank, but if it is - yeah, it's terrible for their size and activity.
To be fair to them, they have/had supremely low taxes

Do changes to tax rates not apply until the next turn/ Day reset or is it instant?
i set myself in a special bracket that taxes 100% resource yet no resources were taken, was this a bug or a normal mechanic to prevent alliances from changing the tax rate right before the end of turn/day reset?Tax rates change 'instantaneously', i.e., at the next turn from the point in time in which you changed the rate, it will collect the new% of resources/money. Here, the issue is your alliance is new, at 0 days old, so your alliance seniority is also 0 days. The tax does not apply to any nations under 2 days seniority, or nations on gray. (Which you are not on). Wait for ~2 days, and check again. It should have begun collection by then.

Bad Karma for trying to help a friend who intended to drop IQ to come join me post war? Damn man karma sucks if that's how it works
Bad Karma for leaking plans.

Just when you think you can trust someone eh?
It's a fair reciprocation of your actions, I would say. You leaked plans to someone you shouldn't have, they probably posted it in some channel or another, which was picked by someone who posted it here. I believe the right word is 'Karma'.

ITT: SK still leaks, someone can't keep their mouth shut, and IQ got a CB for a change.

Brush up on other realms’ history. This is not Edictum Est; at-least not the one that was seen in Orbis. It’s a call back to something older.
(Also quoting on these forums is pretty bad, I’ll just leave this as a blank)

The Blue and Black"Toll the Great Bell Once!
Pull the Lever forward to engage the Piston and Pump...
Toll the Great Bell Twice!
With push of Button fire the Engine, and spark Turbine into life...
Toll the Great Bell Thrice!
Sing Praise to the God of All Machines!"In ancient times, men built wonders, laid claim to the stars and sought to better themselves for the good of all. But we are much wiser now.

The Mechanicum toils endlessly, gears turn, steel clangs as they are sharpened into our tools of prosperity. Our pledge to the Novice, and that to the Master, is of the addition of skills, and the refining of that which is already present. Our pledge is that of the Teacher to his Student; we reciprocate loyalty by not only the building of your nation, but that of your character, of your knowledge base and your skill-set.
Sentience is the ability to learn the value of knowledge. That is what we look for in those that wish to cross the Ring of Iron; to be willing to learn.
(ii) Animus
Life is directed motion. The Mechanicum recognizes that rust never rests. As the Second of Our Pledges, we vow to struggle against this disease of metal until the End of Times. Internally or externally, we will do as much in our power to counteract apathy and inactivity. The spirit is the spark of life. Without it, there may be no life. Without the act of transcending the status quo, any entity may not remain where it stands. It may either rise, or fall. Stagnation does not lead to decay, it is decay.
(iii) Proelium Facio
We, Cult Mechanicus, refuse to allow treaties to be our only avenue to war. We are not the protectors of the innocent, or the guardians of the just and righteous - we are not the heretic's salvation. If you declare upon another entity, you put yourself to the whims of the Omnissiah. The Mandate is as follows:
(a) Adeptus Mechanicus (id 4576) retain the option, but not the obligation to, with or without prior consent and knowledge, share intelligence with any entity listed below.
(b) We retain the option, but not the obligation to, with or without prior consent and knowledge, provide economic assistance and aid to any entity listed below.
(c) We retain the option, but not the obligation to, with or without prior consent and knowledge, provide military assistance to any entity listed below.
(d) Any entity may cancel if they recognize that they have forgone these intrinsic rights.
We're live.

I have to disagree with Arkiri here, appointing Vacant for every gov position seems like a very wise decision to me.
He’s like Roq, but better. Every alliance has had him at some point in time in their line up; arguably the most tenured guy in Orbis, perhaps all of nation sims!

I've seen way too many leaders going (w.r.t their members that they accepted) "oh yeah he's p shit", etc. etc.
It's a welcome change to see otherwise. And, yeah, while some dislike Kastor for whatever reason, he does keep the game entertaining.

War Stats
in Orbis Central
Posted
People want material for their own narrative. I don't believe Sketchy's thread was posted with the intention of showing how IQ is performing. Rather, I think he took the publicly available (and easy to collate) statistics, and posted them. Don't read too deep into it.
To the people who do believe they are able to use this as an accurate metric of performance: you're as dumb as they come. If the strategies IQ was employing (here I'll refer to NPO especially, since they don't target infra in this round, nor do they beige) were the same as the other coalition, maybe it would provide a decent look into how the war was going. That is not the case.
