So you claim to have learned:
1. Never Help People
Yet in my journeys through Orbis I have encountered incredibly generous people and people who pay things forward in a way that gives me faith in humanity.
2. Accept Your Faults, Even When You Have None
I have a temper. I can be harsh to people who don't take the game seriously enough to even try. No one is perfect. That you think you may not believe you have faults is a fault. In the course of this game are there times you are forced to eat a sh*t sandwich and accept defeat? Absolutely. You dust yourself off, get up, and press on, learning the lessons you need to learn.
3. There is No Difference Between "IC" and "OOC"
Perhaps try not oversharing in the first place? No one can talk behind your back about what they don't know. If you made the mistake of trusting the wrong people, then they're jerks for breaking your trust. Make sure that other people know they are gossips and not to be trusted.
4. Friends Are Just Future Enemies
And enemies are future friends. This is a game. Alliances and loyalties change over time. I'm now part of the leadership team of an alliance that surrendered to a coalition three years ago that included an alliance where I was part of the leadership team.
5. You're On Your Own. Help is Future Debt.
My previous advice on these forums still applies when it comes to the exchange of money, resources, or favors. Get clarity on the terms before agreeing to a deal. Also, get documentation. You can't buy 10 Coal in this game without there being a receipt. You made a business deal and didn't get precise terms on a billion dollar loan (and made sure it was a loan and not a grant)? You're not very bright. Also, don't expect others to help you as though they have an absolute obligation. They should *want* to help you, but if they have solid reasons for not doing so, accept that and move on.
Seems like you learned nothing from the game except how to become bitter. Go outside. Get some fresh air and some perspective.

Some of us (including WTF's allies in the initial stage of things, and Singularity & Co. no doubt) started fighting this war in December 20th are getting a kick out of some of these replies.
Well fought/played everyone. The P&W servers suffered under the strain.

Exhibit 'A' was handed to me by someone in my alliance, so I volunteered to bring it here. Doesn't look kosher I guess.

Buddy we hit all the people you are talking about. They didn't counter to save you. We spent the whole time we were fighting you building nukes and we full sent into them lmfao. Everyone in the game knew what was going to happen except you apparently lmfao.
Clearly all the other object lessons didn't sink in since you've been rolled like 400 times at this point.
Clearly you believe you have all the answers...to everything. You used to be a bit more humble than that. As I say, times change.
For the record, I'm MILCOM for World Task Force, not some random dude. We were already working on a plan to come to TCM's defense when your fancy coalition hit us, and were well within our rights to demand CoA jump in immediately in our defense, and ask Aurora and RoL to do the same. Instead, an alternative plan was devised in consultation with CoA--effectively we would hold until relieved. It meant that no one would be countering on our behalf for more or less two rounds. Two rounds wasn't forever, perhaps we could knockout some vital military improvements along the way, and we knew that when relief came it would be well worth it.
Not sure why you hit UPN and USN. Seemed a bit silly. Hitting TCM made sense because it drew us in and maybe you hoped that CoA would immediately jump in as well, and TLE made sense only because they were tied to TCM.
If you declared on SAIL first, that's vanity on your part. You were already about to get rolled and you probably knew it.

The NAP meant that we spent a couple of quality rounds with our defensive slots filled. Price of war. Worth it.

While I agree that it is absolutely on the individual to safeguard their API key (the same is true regardless of the API, some just happen to be more detrimental than others) and that stealing a bank with an API key is not against game rules, it should still be frowned upon to exploit an individual's trust in such a way and it is absolutely acceptable (in my opinion) to have it listed as a casual belli.
(It is a funny haha to steal banks tho kek)
We'll agree to disagree disagree on it being funny. If I ask you (someone I don't know well) to take a picture of me with my cell phone in front of a monument and you instead run off with my phone, that's not funny either. Should have I trusted you with it? Sadly these days, no. But that doesn't make what you did right either. Now of course running off with someone's cell phone is illegal in the real world, and running off with someone's bank is technically not a ToS violation or against the rules on Orbis, but if your impulse control is that bad, you've got serious issues. If someone wants to do something about it in game, they are well within their rights to do so.

Or Singularity why they went an hero against a collection of relatively unimportant alliances.
Also, do your research next time. Last alliance that tried to roll World Task Force got hell countered out of them and they got wrecked. Oh hey, YOU are getting the hell countered out of you and you're getting wrecked too, imagine that. WTF has friends. Friends with guns. Lots of guns. You're just the next object lesson as far as we're concerned.

Still pissed that your AA gunners shot down one of my nukes and a missile, and I didn't burn off more of your infra I see. Perfectly understandable.
So I arranged for a few friends to show up and take care of that for you. I'm sure they'll do a better job. Enjoy!

What does the theme have to do with it? Glad it bothers you, hope you keep enjoying it.
Just remembering when we at Oblvion kept rolling WTF when we were outnumbered 2:1 and significantly out-tiered. You should probably worry more about helping your alliance not get rolled so often and worry less about other alliances' themes.
Merry Christmas bud.
The days of Oblivion rolling WTF are long over, as are the days of WTF being raid bait. I'd tell you to ask the last alliance that thought we were raid bait how that worked out, but they aren't an alliance anymore. Sad part is, there were people within that alliance that realized it was a bad idea, but they were ignored.
As for our current situation, we're just getting warmed up. 🙂
Merry Christmas to you as well.

It's neither. Ups and downs in the price of things is also not just a natural part of the game, it's realistic.
But don't worry. At some point in the not too distance future, we'll have a nice, big global war that will last too long owing to people needlessly dragging out negotiations.
