When a player quits the game and deposits their stuff into the alliance bank that's not in violation of any core rules. After all the cash was generated within the rules of the game (as long as it isn't a multi farm), because of this it's seen as a "donation" to the alliance. While trading these resources away might skew the global market instead of deposits I doubt this is in violation of any rules.

As men watched the door to the quarters with eager anticipation the sea was churning. The skies finally letting up from the torrential pour of the previous day. The deck of the H.M.S. Tiger Lily was scattered with splintered masts, broken barrels and shattered cannon tracks. The men that could not stand used these as makeshift hammocks and stretchers as they all waited underneath the grey skies. The buckles on the Royal Marines glinted softly, their epaulettes giving off a smart hint of gold to their blue uniforms. The pirates challenging the buckles with their shining golden teeth, their clothes giving off a smart hint of rum and gunpowder to the salt air. As the door to the quarters slid open the men on deck leaned to catch a glimpse of what was inside. The cabin boy was the only face seen as he carefully slipped out and closed the door behind him. As he dashed to the cook his voice was soft with caution. "The Commander requests that more scotch and cigars be brought in" he stammered. Just then the door to the quarters opened. Out came several officers and lieutenants. Captain Korra Sato then emerged from the room with Captain Titan Jazza behind them. Together they went to the Signaler, their boats were called and they left, the faint outlines of the H.M.S. Quetad and H.M.S. Calada rolling in the dark. The door opened sharply again, as the men's eyes swiveled, and out came Predor Speedy. He took three strides from the door and turned around, his arms crossed. The men craned their necks to see around to see Captain Boom reach the doorway, gesture with his hand and nod to the hidden figures in the room. Predor Crunch then appeared, his clothes tattered and missing a few pistols from his holsters, he grinned allowing the cigar in his mouth to smolder. Commander Alan then came from behind him, his face was pale with the look of death. "Alright you cockroaches" bellowed Crunch, "we're going to the boats". The pirates were sent to their skiffs and, as they rowed off, the cloudy sky gave enough light to see the string of pirate ships in the distance. The Marines then looked to their Commander. "I have sent and settled terms with the pirates. After reviewing the terms they have agreed and, with the grace of God, some of them have taken royal pardons. Her Majesty the Queen will be proud of what we did here today. While piracy will always be a threat against the Queen's ships, let us take solace in the fact that at least, these pirates are no longer our enemy. I pray to God that one day, they may even be our ally." The deck of the might frigate erupted with huzzahs. Commander Alan turned to the sailing pirates, and waved good-bye. TL;DR Black Skies and Rakatan Infinite Empire agree to terms. Peace on the seas is achieved.

Lol this is news to me. Didn't know TIE/RIE had come to us to surrender. 😄

Black Skies acknowledges the DoW made here and accepts the new alliance into the war.....8 days from now. We also at this time acknowledge the DoWs of all future alliances and in turn all prior alliances. This will allow us to cover our bases on all future wars and all past wars (because we still might see a DoW from an Internet Explorer user for Alanfall). However as seeing this latest war is apparently "Alanfall 3.0" and I haven't fallen yet then there must be a 7.0 or an 8.0 in which maybe I do. I don't know how time travel works as I'm not savvy enough. Who knows maybe they'll go back and make a hotfix to an Alanfall so we can fix the bugs in the dogpiles and "1v1"s. Looking forward to Alanfall v10.3.1. However when they do go back in time. We'll be ready. Probably. 50/50. TL;DR The war between Black Skies and TIE/RIE is now a meme show.
