Sure, not sure what details are relevant tho. I was suspecting one of my requests to the server has been dropped due to the heavy load but I do have a notification my nation bonus has been granted: As you can see the notification is from 4AM, so when the turn changes, so it is possible that the server haven't applied this bonus correctly - assuming there's some kind of lock for the time the turn changes. Not sure if you use any load balancer but if that's the case, I believe it could cause the problem as well. If you need any further details, I'm happy to provide them, just let me know what you want to know.

Hi, I've bought 10 credits a month ago, I couldn't spend them until today morning. At approx. 3:58 AM (server time) I've spent all of them on $, getting $25M. So far so good. Then I've tried to buy some infrastructure and land for one of my cities. At first, I've got a "Server under heavy load message", I've waited about 2 minutes and tried again. This time I've got an error message saying I don't have enough money. A quick look revealed my $25M disappeared and no infra/land has been added to my city. Is there any chance to get my money back?
