This bunch has grown quite a bit since I first met them, excited to see where our alliances can go with each other's support.

Section I: Intelligence
Both signatories agree to share all important information regarding the politics and market of Orbis.
Section II: Peace
Both signatories agree not to attack, antagonize, or sabotage to the other party.
If an event comes up that may cause issue, the two parties will handle it in a diplomatic and private fashion.
Section III: Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression
Both signatories agree shall send financial and military aid to the each other should one be put into a defensive position in a war.
Should one signatory declare war on another party, the other signatory may enter via optional aggression.
This feature of the agreement is non-chaining as to avoid complications with other allies.
Section IV: Cancellation
This agreement may be amended if agreed upon by all signatories.
Any signatory must give 72 hours notice to the other signatories if they wish to withdraw from this treaty, after which their treaty obligations are no longer in effect.

A Rose at Sea
Section 1: brainpower
- both signees are to pass on any information deemed of relevance to one another
Section 2: pax
- the signees are to forbid any quarrels they have during the time that the treaty is active, whether it be through espionage or battles
- if above is ignored, each party shall resolve it internally
Section 3: assistance
- if either party is declared on by an outside source, the other party is to aid them
- it shall be known that the party that aids in the war is to ask for any help needed, whether it be militarily, financially, or diplomatically
- either signee may also decide if they would like to help their ally out in the event that they were the aggressor in a war
- if one of the signees requests backup from the other in an aggressor situation, the other signee may chose to help by their own liking
- this treaty is between Rose and DEIC alone; each signee does not need to sign with any of the other party's other allies, although they are not forbidden to do so if they wish
Section 4: alteration
- if either party wishes to alter the treaty, a unanimous vote will allow the changes to be made
Section 5: excommunication
- If either signee wishes to cancel this treaty at any time, they must give the other party a 72 hour notice to withdraw. once the treaty is over, there will be no need to follow any of the treaty

the conditions of this agreement only extend to a 30 day use, if the two parties should agree that the friendship is mutually beneficial, they may extend the treaty to any period of time once 21 days of the treaty has occurred.

Section I: INTELLIGENCE
1: Both signatories agree to share any information they have in regards to the other’s security.
2:Both signatories agree not to share information about the other with non-mutual treaty partners, unless there is a conflicting intelligence clause.
Section II: NON-AGGRESSION1: Both signatories agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party.
2: Should an attack happen between either party nations, both signatories agree they will work toward ending the violation privately and in a timely manner.
3: The Parties agree to mutual public respect and will abide to resolving any differences in private.
Section III: ALPHA PROTECTION
1: In the event Alpha comes under attack, it is mandatory that all available aid, be it military, financial, or diplomatic, will be made available should it be requested.
2: Alpha has the option of providing military, financial, or diplomatic support upon Rose request.3: This treaty is exclusively between Alpha and Rose and as such will not automatically activate or be activated by any other treaties either signatory may have.
Section IV: CANCELLATION
1: These treaty contents may be modified by unanimous consent from all signatories of the RAT PACT.
