    With the current state of the treaty web I've really come begun to think that this place is a lost cause. I thought it would be more interesting with with tS leaving the bloc,instead it has just gotten worse.
     
    This place could have been something different but instead it appears to be headed into the same pitfall that every other nation sim does when seeing whole groups immigrate from (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways).     I believe that for the most part all the Alliances I've been in or dealt with her and abroad have used a functional managerial style. I would be very interested to see something that based on a Project Management style or at least a Strongly Project oriented hybrid style.
     
    I think that the over reliance on a Functional management style leads to stagnation and later entitlement. Additionally,governments are trend toward one of two poles,either struggling to keep up with tasks or become so bloated they star to fall apart.
     
    This would require some kind of software geared towards project management, I'm familiar with JIRA but not nation sim user is probably going to have access to something like that,maybe Redmine. This could ,in theory, be used to replace the traditional forum software for the most part.
     
    I think there is the possibility to give more members of an AA opportunities for real involvement. Also highly active and effective members could serve on several project teams and not necessarily need to be the project manager.It should also minimize the entitlement and stagnation aspect assuming that the head of the AA hasn't leveraged himself some tyrant-for-life type role. It might also lead to a more proactive AA overall,as they will be task oriented.
     
    Again, I doubt anyone will ever read this or EVER attempt this for a nation sim but I'd be very interested if they did.
