I think there needs to be a world bank like in pt. People should deposit cash and only that amount is taken out as loan. If loans are not paid back and a country misses out on a given deadline then there name should appear as defaulters and then we can extort money from them. Gives a little political touch to it.

well if peace mode has huge limitations like no trade offers and increasing bills, i don't think independent nations would find it feasible to go into one which is a good idea. That's the point of this game.

peace mode should have it's restrictions like can't send trade offers and having an increase of bills
this feature is something important for war times too, it adds to the feature of strategy and cycling between peace and war mode during times of war to restock soldiers and tanks and otehr stuff. Gives some relief time to get back on your feet to go back in.

I know from which game most of you people might be taking your examples from.
First of all this game can't reach the point of exponential growth
Secondly, it has price jumps and city price jumps that slow down growth once people become big, It would require a much further delay to make a big guy bigger
Thirdly, Alliances are supposed to be looking out for their members and introducing growth programs and stuff, if they don't do it then what's the point.

the thing works like a stock market, but if this is implement than there needs to be something like a capped aid option.

The problem with this is that people won't be able to do business and this would end up like buying something from other players at fixed prices with no profit margin or business pacts. Sometimes Resources or money is used to trade for things that don't have monetary values. If such penalties are to be implemented then it needs to be made related to score. High score nations get a high penalty to send cash to low score nations, while low score nations don't get a penalty to send to high score nations.
