I'm a new player and trying to make sure I stay within the rules. Problem is the "Players per network" rule: I'm using a small ISP that can't even provide a public IP address. Is it safe to refer my local friends on the same ISP to play, or best to avoid that to not seem like "one person/multiple accounts"?
