Alright, I have this figured out now. To avoid overlapping nations, nations that are too large, etc. each person should just add their nation to a blank map. The blank map can be found here. Thought I'd try bringing something like this to PW as well. Basically, it's a map to see where everyone is located and such. If you see a white area, it's yours to claim. However, no Russia-sized nations would be allowed. Try to give everyone a good amount of space for their nation as well. Expansion/colonization of other unclaimed areas would be allowed after a while if you see no one has claimed the land you wish to take. You can treat RL nations as still being there if you wish. On Digiterra, several terrorist groups had taken over countries in the Middle East. With so many of them situated in that general area, it was extremely easy to fight a war against them. When it comes to simply keeping terrorists out of the country though, we just take advantage of the Territory Lord power. Also, whether it's on Orbis or back home, Rokkenjima always stands against terrorism and those promoting it.

Rokkenjima declines Vietnam's offer for protection. We are more than capable of protecting ourselves. On Digiterra, Rokkenjima was responsible for the deaths of over 11 million terrorists.

For now, Rokkenjima has only opened foreign relations with her comrades in the Serene Sakura Union. Eva-Beatrice would also like to mention that the portal located where Rokkenjima once was has closed. Two of the three starships used to arrive on Orbis will remain. The other will return to our home planet of Digiterra to deliver intelligence.

After traveling through the Sea of Fragments, Rokkenjima has descended onto Orbis once again, this time under new leadership. The Golden and Endless Witch, Eva-Beatrice will be Rokkenjima's final master on Orbis. The nation has been established on a brand new island which appears to be hovering over the middle of the Pacific. Along with it, Rokkenjima has brought highly advanced military vehicles and weapons. For now, no one is sure what the new nation's intention is on Orbis.
