    The USSR was not a democracy. Tankies like this is why everyone hates leftism (as well as the capitalist brainwashing). He's not a socialist or communist. A true communist would denounce the USSR as a Leninist regime. The reason the USSR fell into a dictatorship is because of Marxist-Leninist vanguardism. The vanguard allowed Lenin to seize power after the revolution. There has yet to be a single Leninist revolution where this has not happened. That's why "communism" fails. Communism is actually stateless.
