Well this has managed to get Rose's leader, an IQ leader and various IQ gov members, Micchan (who is clearly the voice of TKR ), TCW's head of defense, Keegoz, Durmij, Acadia's leader, House Stark's Hand, and Polaris' Minister of Love to support it among quite a few others.

 

I dare say that and combined with all the likes must make this one of the most broadly supported proposals I have seen in PnW.

I have to agree to this entirely. Not much else to say besides that to be honest, you laid out about anything one could say about this update rather well.

I know you've never been exposed to a competent alliance before, but this is what competent alliances do when a member is attacked. If the attackers alliance leadership doesn't make them stop after trying diplomacy, its effectively an act of war by their alliance as a whole and should be treated as such.

Let me just clarify where you seem to be deluding yourself from reality. IoM's leader went into another alliance to hit us, we hit him back. Then IoM hit the rest of us. It would be like if I went into Lordaeron and hit, say Patrick Higgins, and then I dragged the rest of CS into war against Higgin's alliance for something I did when members of said alliance hits me back. Oh wait, I did in fact hit Higgins while in Lordaeron and I fully expected to be hit back but wouldn't have dragged my alliance through it so nevermind. Regardless they are recognizing hostilities that they caused because their leader decided to hit us

I would say more like realistic. Unless you are suggesting that while fighting a three front war against you, AO, and IoM we should open up yet another front or simply declare on anyone we possibly can thus overextending our forces and getting us bogged down in way too many wars is a good idea. Yes. Roq insists on "with sugar on top" being added and that has been the main thing stalling our negotiations.

We are skipping Zodiac for the moment as they are going to merge into BK, they have better luck talking with a sentient @Taco than the CS diplomats.

 

And indeed, the "The" was a leftover from a time of treachery in VE, that and the "The" will probably be added as part of common parlance so it is unnecessary to be included in writing.

Actually, that is the deadline for our offer to Seeker to merge into GoG, he will have to change the name back to VE though since Viridian Entente is a much more inspiring name. Since there hasn't been a war in 9 months we must do something in our boredom and merging into each other is our newest fad.

I kinda feel like I didn’t post them because kynlo and gorge wouldn’t have even read them, or atleast processed them, with their heads full of hot air.

 

I could write a lot, I would, but I won’t. 

Ill keep it short, sweet and simple.

All these moments of “haha we’re making funny memes” and all these “Super hilarious Dynamic™™™™™ moments” are taking the already bad reputation of lordaeron and somehow, some way making it even worse. 

Think if it’s a good idea before you post, and if you can’t manage to do that atleast think how your members feel about your bad jokes, terribly put together announcements, lies and...whatever this thread is supposed to be, killing their alliance (think, if this is how they present themselves to the world, how much worse it must be in there where they’ve got to make decisions)  further killing its reputation (cause honestly, joke or not, these two present themselves as 10x stupider than kastor ever did, so people are gonna view lordaeron even worse seeing as how these are the type running it)  and putting them in danger of being rolled (over things like that war, and all the others, where it turned out “ idc about downvotes even” became multiple wars of ‘preemptive war for OWF shade’ or whatever)

 

If this thing becomes a legitimate war I’ll personally drop down and hit both gorge and kynlo and roll them both into the ground.

Offering my two cents:

Personally, I think Lord should embrace their reputation. Nothing to lose in this game by becoming more one dimensional all things considered. That or I think Lord might simply adopt the opinion of "We don't care what others think of us" as most alliances has or will. Especially since this is now a game waged on Discord instead of with pixels.

 

As for if this sparks a legitimate war I think it will reflect more on CKD due to declaring war over an honest mistake, well it would but reference above. Lord has apologized and offered reps well over the amount of damage done (especially since CKD's only losses were a bunch of spies) but such things have been declined. That is my view anyway.

 

Edit: As for it being a preemptive war over OWF shade I view attacking someone over threatening to hit your protectorate to be a perfectly legitimate CB. Why the blow was preemptive was actually on me because we were planning to go in at turn update but we were spying him (reference the thing about spies being lost) and my spies were discovered so we decided to launch immediately.

 

And to be frank at IQ we don't care about downvotes since the forums are nothing more than a posturing circle jerk and has no relevance to the game beyond what each person makes of it.

Wouldn't be too much of a big war considering NPO protects CKD and Zodiac is treatied with them. Though with that in mind I am writing it off as Kynlo is a plant from another alliance with the goal of bringing IQ down and will do so over arguments about CKD.

 

As for CB considering hitting CKD was an accident (how hitting not only the wrong member but the wrong alliance is possible escapes me but given how our target was Patrick Higgins I can believe that) so I would say it is a poor CB, best CB was when Rose decided that Mensa hitting Vanguard despite lack of paper ties was a valid CB to declare war. That aside I would hold that Rose declaring war over Lord hitting a Ragnarok member to be a better CB
