  1. Sorry, it was a preemtive post, i noticed that the game timer has changed, it was just weird to me because turns used to change on even hours
  2. Since the game has come back online, it appears that turn changes arn't working. After turn change, no new resources/money is generatedad and things like city/project building turn countdowns are not decreasing, same with government type changing. Anyone else seeing this?
  3. I agree, it's a game where you have to look ahead and plan well but also quite leisurely. Wish it had more real world variables but Sheepy has done extremely well.

  5. That's not really the point. The problem is that i took a $20 million alliance loan and i still seem to have it event hough it was taken after the 27th, so i'm wondering what else may or may not have been rolled back.
  6. Does anyone know if the rollback will reverse the time skip? The time skip allowed me to build a new city so i'm wondering if the rollback means that i won't be able to rebuild it. Thanks
  7. Ah, i see, it's nice to have a flashback to explain everything. No wonder i was confused, i was new at that time, so i probably didn't even notice that there was anything out of place going on.

  9. The P&W server seems to be down for me. Its the message the pops up during turn change, only, its been going on for an hour. Is it just me? Or is this a scheduled server shutdown?
  10. Yes, but that would be 4000 infrastructure, i doubt anyone would actually do that. It would be far more efficient to build another city.
  11. No, because commerce just means effective buisness, so you can have high unemployment, but still have a triving buisness sector. Prime example is America, largest ecconomy in the world but high unemployment rates compared to some less commercial countries.
  12. Hmm, this brings me to another idea for the game. If your approval rating drops below 100% then maybe crime rates could be increased inversely proportional. So with each point of approval rating lower than 100, your crime rates would all increase by an x amount. Perhaps each point of approval below 100 would increase crime by 0.25% or something along those lines. I edited this because i figured i should explain why crime would go up as approval ratings go down. If the idea wasn't clear on my part, it is because in real world politics, discontent among the citizenry causes protests, riots and other anti government actions, ergo higher crimes rates. Just wanted to be clear in case anyone thinks it doesn't make sense.
  13. IDEA! Your unemployment rate (If added) Effects your approval rating!! :D Thanks, it didn't even occur to me, but yes, unemployment should affect approval rating
  14. Not neccessarily true. If building more improvements would raise pollution levels too high, then it would be worse to leave the slots empty. Furthermore, slots may be left emty if infrastructure was recently purchased and there isn't much money for expensive improvemnts.
  15. I think in that case, there would just be 100 percent employment.
