Constitution of the Union of Allied States Article One: Goverment System 1) The Union shall work as a democracy, run by a President, Vice President, Executive Branch, Senate, and a President of Defense. Each Alliance shall bring forth one or two representatives of their choosing to take a role within the alliance. Elections for the position of President, Vice President and President of Defense shall take place every two months and will be voted on by all members of the Union, alliance leaders votes count as two votes. The President, before making any laws or changes to the constitution, must have them approved by the Senate, if the Senate approves it is passed off to the Executive branch to be ratified. Article Two: Members Rights 1) All members of the Union have Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Belief, and the Right to Independece. Freedom of Speech allows a member to openly state his opinion on a matter without persecution. Freedom of Belief allows any member of any religion or political ideology to be accepted into the Union and be able to speak his or her political views during forums. And the Right to Independce allows members to have complete control of their nations affairs, with the exception of declaring war or embargoing another Union member, or creating any relations with other alliances, with the exception of trade and protection agreements. Article Three: Inter-Union interactions 1) Members of the Union are not allowed to communicate racist, sexist, homophobic, or any other form of offensive, demeaning or derogatory language to one another. 2) Members are not allowed to declare war on one another or embargo one another, a Union Goverment Official shall deal with any conflicts between members. Article Four: Outer-Union Interactions 1) Only Union Goverment Officials are allowed to speak on the behalf of the Union to other nations and alliances, normal members are not granted this permission, unless granted permission to do so. 2) Declaring war on another active nation is prohibitted and you shall be expected to pay reparations to the victim nation and a fine to the Union as well for breaking the law. 3) Only the raiding of inactive nation shall be permitted, a nation must be inactive for 2 weeks to be raided. 4) No attacking other alliances, this brings down our reputation and will lead to unwanted conflict.Here are the guidelines for our newly created constitution -------------------------------------------- Besides the newly created constitution we have a huge issue that threats the FAS.
