You keep mentioning about these insults about dead parents, both from Pfeifer and from someone else ( I'm not bothering on looking it up, it was recent when you made these claims ). At least you learned to keep logs/screen shots in case this happens again.

Hello, friendly Hippo from Mensa HQ here.
Simply put, TGR has pissed off members of Mensa HQ. When you raid an alliance over time, you tend to get more and more attention. It just so happened that the boiling pot spilled over and our members in Mensa HQ are getting their pay backs in. When you poke a alliance for so long, you're going to grab unwanted attention, and well, some members of ours are taking as a means of practicing the war mechanic in this game. So thank you TGR for giving us a reason.
Oskar, I do feel some sympathy for you. Are you young? From your 'negotiating' attempts, it surely comes off as such. Please take this as a learning experience. DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS TO PEOPLE IT TENDS TO GET VERY ANNOYING
Next time you're the leader of your alliance, try asking the opposing alliance's leader what could be done to minimize damages. Some may let your alliance go without having to do much as long as you talk politely to them. Some may request some form of payment so that they can replenish the Infrastructure your members caused ( Both past and present, seeing as Oppilan left your alliance after raiding members of Mensa HQ ).
A statement like this, "Hello Pfeiffer, I'm Oskar from TGR, and I see our alliances have become aggressive to one another. Is there a way we can settle this without blowing each other a part?" Pfeiffer will then come up with some ideas to diplo with, and you can counter it until you two come up with a compromise to help settle things down.
Freaking out and spamming ALL CAPS to people while making demands, or coming off like you're making demands ( When you're not in a position to make demands ) is definitely not the way to go.
When you're talking to a higher ranked alliance, you need to make sure you're humble enough to accept that you'll most likely be defeated in open war, and work with that mindset. Don't openly admit you'll lose in open war, but at least be realistic with the expectations. Making small payments or small diplomacy talk to curb a open war is much better than losing tons of resources and infrastructure on your members.
And yes, Pfeiffer is an ass if you come at him like a raging hormonal teenager.

Dude my alliance isn't me.
Only people were criticizing Fox for that, not Mensa.
1) If you're the leader, the alliance is you.
2) There were folks criticizing Mensa HQ too.
The problem with that thread is the fact Fox could've handled it differently, but she figured we were attacking their alliance as a whole ( We weren't ) and that made her panic. Different situation.
Yes, we have raiders. I can't sit here and lie that we're innocent of our actions. Dio guides us to do his will, and we do it with no questions asked.
However, in some cases, we do have diplomats to handle certain situations in case a member of ours gets a little too radical with their actions. It seems you do not. In the future, if you do stick around in the game, handle your alliance members better to ensure you don't end up pissing off every alliance out there.

Honestly, just go talk to Pfeiffer or someone in Mensa HQ leadership. Even if you get 'nothing' from this, you'll have a better understanding of how an alliance's communication works for any future situations.

​I am shocked by the responses here, but I will respond one more time to this, maybe I can clear some things up(again).
1. My Propositions (a statement or assertion that expresses a judgment or opinion) are not demands, but a way to solve my disapproval with the Alliance. I do believe that it was a responsible request, and ironically easy and passive.
​2. Referring to my first post, there were THREE separate attacks stemming from more than ONE nation. Example: 3 MHQ Alliance members attacked 1 BRMC Alliance member, consecutively. Which would be very alarming to any Alliance Leader. It was an act of aggression or carelessness.
3. Politics & War is more about War, right? So don't mind me if I actually use some diplomacy (the art of dealing with people in a sensitive and effective way) instead of Military action.
4. I honestly didn't think this would hurt so many feelings, or create controversy, Lol. Also, If I am demanded to go to IRC to have talks, I can demand that you can come here to have talks. You may not care what I have to say, or think my size matters, but I can use my authorities to refuse any negotiations, communications, or trade. Which I plan to use my fullest authority to do, I hope to be constructive not destructive for my own Alliance.
Thats about it, other than using the forum for Alliance Affairs, I see absolutely nothing wrong with the thread being here.

1. No, those are demands.
2. It was 3 attacks on one member due to that person not having any sort of defense for being in a small alliance. Easy pickings. It was merely a big raid. If there was more aggression, multiple nations in that alliance would be attacked.
3. This is definitely not diplomacy, or if it is - it's crappy diplomacy. Diplomacy would involve you contacting our leadership in Mensa HQ before calling out the alliance entirely.
4. You can demand all you want. All what you're doing is annoying people from working with you in the future. Do you honestly think you have a bargaining chip here?

Let's be real here.
Why would a smaller alliance think a larger alliance, who successfully raided one of their largest members, think any sort of demands will be heard?
Why would Mensa HQ leaders have to come to you to discuss things? Mensa HQ doesn't really owe you anything.
You pretty much admitted nothing could be done if we didn't cater to anything you stated.
Reconsider how you're going about this.
For example: If you are really concerned about these attacks, don't list demands ( Yet ). Go straight to the leadership, talk to Pfeiffer or whoever we have, and talk about it. Chances are, this would've solved everything and you would've most likely got some sort of reparations back to maintain neutral or good relations.
If not, take screenshots of the conversation. Use it as evidence that Mensa HQ could be a bully raiding alliance. Rally up support to your cause, if anybody cares to follow it.

Anyways, I think it's a matter of how you handled it vs how Fox handled it. You asked simply for the attacks to stop, Fox not only called out Mensa HQ as a whole but proceeded to list demands.

I like to argue as much as the next guy but I would appreciate if anyone wanting to continue to discuss this move to the IRC for our alliance. It makes all of us look a bit trashy arguing on a thread, especially with this post getting constant replies, it will become a "hot" topic and make all involved look bad.
Perhaps Dio can guide you to locate Pfeiffer as he is on IRC right now? ( And always is just about )

Today was a slow day at work. Normally everyday I'm having to clean some poor workers laptop or phone, or do some hardware repairs, something of that sort. Today? Not so much.
I had plenty of time at work today to browse around and sit on my rear. Pretty good day right? Well, I hate having idle hands. I must remain busy. So I went out to my car and brought in my own laptop. I owned this laptop for almost 4 years, pretty solid Asus model ( u65e, for the techies wondering ). It's my college/gaming laptop, and I never bothered to clean it. It's a huge mess and, considering it's age, it was about time to find a replacement. Really nice laptop though! I figured I'd take it a part and see what the guts of the thing looked like after all these years.
However, Dio had other plans.
You see, opening this bad boy up was a pretty drawn out thing. Lots of screws you have to undo in order to take a part the case and get into it. Dio guided me to using YouTube to look up tutorials so I don't make a mistake. I would hate to obliterate the laptop that has years of research papers and games on it! With his advice, I went about each little step, one by one and finally got it pried open with everything pulled out. It was extremely dirty. With a sigh, I cleaned it all out.
Yet, I was told to add sand to it. Just put some fresh sand in there. So I did, and after putting it all back together, it worked great! Even booted up faster, the fan didn't make a noise, and it remained cool. Made sitting the laptop on my lap much more tolerable.
I thanked Dio for his advice and his guidance.
Perhaps that is a issue here, maybe you don't have enough sand in your alliance or your life? Or perhaps you do have sand, but in the wrong places?
Whatever the case may be, please seek out Dio properly and he shall guide you to a much more enjoyable life. Just don't turn into a frigid icy person. We don't take too kindly to those.
