I don't see any demand for money in my logs? It depends on what you define as help. Advice is free, asking us to expand our already over sized front in a global war is certainly not. I think that is pretty self explanatory.

As for the coordination, if that's true, that's our loss and frankly I am surprised to hear that. That shouldn't have been the case unless there was some other bit of information that was not disclosed.

Ask the rest of your gov about it. I don't think we expected you to expand your front to PO. Coordinating on GoG who was already at war with your coalition did not seem undoable

Huh? We gave them advice which would be most beneficial to their thriving as an alliance and told them to utilize us as a resource, we offered our milcom expertise if they wanted.

Our FA doesn't lie to gain allies. If someone comes to us out of a genuine need for help, like DB did, we help, and we did help them. I guess it just wasn't the easy help they were hoping for. If you think that my advice which was to fight and fight hard was bad advice, do you think this alternative is better? They've lost two wars that they could've fought to a stalemate, and in both wars they've whored themselves out to fight for other alliances surrendering their sovereignty and any hope of being taken seriously.

You neglect to mention that TGH wanted a large sum of money from us in exchange for your help in the PO war. Out of respect for the person I talked to, I am not gonna post the details here.

He said that it would only have worked if one of our allies stepped in to counter PO. But a HS gov member implied that they expected a counter or two from other alliances so the rest of HS among others were on standby. I am not sure if counters or your milcom expertise would have changed anything

Also when one of our guys asked TGH whether you wanted to coordinate on GoG when we were at war with them, you turned us down

You should be fortunate enough that I'm firmly against logdumping things said between allies otherwise there would be a whole slew of evidence suggesting against HS' involvement in all this.

My stance is that helping an ally is less humiliating than sending prisoners of war to PO. Yes I made an alternative suggestion, you approved it and we entered this war as a result of it

Interesting turn? Unless you have some proof that this was the case I would appreciate you not preaching it as "breaking news" .

T$ had nothing to do with those peace talks with DB. The only tie this has to t$ is that a few members went over there on their own accord because they wanted a little more action. Even if we were running the show with PO, their peace terms with DB never dictated they needed to rejoin the global so that was a straight up lie on DB's part there. You obviously have not dealt with DB much if you think they would go along with some plan to get attacked prior to entering another war hahaha.

  5. Members who lacked loyalty was a problem in the old DB but I literally bought my 24th city almost 1 year ago and remained in the alliance after buying that city so nice try. I stopped buying more cities to focus on the growth of other members. I could have been much bigger by now if I cared about my personal growth

    stuff

I assume that you hit us for sitting out of the current global. What exactly did HS do in the global anyway besides declaring 9 wars (with an average of 1.8 wars per person who fought) and not getting countered?

I agree entirely on the best defence being a good offence. It'd be a different story right now if you'd launched an offensive yourself.

    If.

We only received actionable intel a few hours before the attack. It was too late to launch an offensive by then (timezones and stuff)

As for DB, I believe there must be some redeeming qualities of the alliance; they're not poor or dumb about econ stuff. They're definitely not inactive, they're not absent of IA effort. The people who are fighting back right now are fighting well. They're here because their leaders appear to have drastically underestimated their own people, and that's kind of sad.

That said, they're not going to win this war without outside help. There were 21 nations in DB on our target sheet, representing the entirety of their alliance above 16 cities, mostly at 20+, and mostly militarised; there were probably 22 or 23 of us who showed up for the first strike. We launched 51 wars in 120 seconds and successfully brought down every single one of those nations. Full credit to our legionnaires, they did an outstanding job.

You guys were definitely more militarized than us and had the first-strike advantage. The best defense is a good offense in this game. Some of us only had a max plane build which we used on NPO's advice

In February this year, Hilmes told me that t$ will never hit us. I suppose things change when new people take over the reins. When Jessica Rabbit quit the game, she told me "Please keep an eye on t$ for me. They're loyal, and they need friends like you". Jess would be sad if she knows what's happening now. I miss the old t$ leaders and they are much more pleasant to work with

  10. Our entry in the Knightfall war was optional. I chose to assist when Partisan asked us for help. Admittedly we considered leaving Knightfall earlier but the decision was made to stay till the end after talking to some people. TKR was extremely persistent and nuked us till the very last day of Knightfall. It certainly did not "end quickly"

As for the current war, I originally wanted to assist CoA with their front but three high gov members were on vacation overseas so the plan had to be shelved. Some of my gov members are teenagers; I can't expect their parents to leave them alone at home to fight a war in a browser game while the rest of the family goes on a family vacation.

...BC has a lot of rich nations without much combat experience. RR has the opposite, FR could be an interesting alliance if they build up the less pixel hugging RR nations quickly.

BC has been in 4 wars. This seems like a weird statement. As for RR, i only remember them being attacked in Ask Alexio

Why do people say things are equal when they are not, BC has two places out of the new triumvirate rightly so they was much larger. The fact is simply Alex and Demon will run the alliance as they always has, They had a triumvirate before after the first merger until Alexio and Demon push them out, plus I will be very shocked if they let anyone but Alexio, Demon of Kilo have bank control.

The RR side also got a lot of gov positions. This is as close to an equal merger as it gets. Didn't they switch to one leader after Baronus retired of his own accord? I don't think he was pushed out

  13. I am a huge fan of merger on equal terms which is what seems to be happening here. I applaud BC's generosity to share their gov positions with their less notable counterpart. I expect great things to come from this and I wish Frontier Records success in their endeavours

  14. In all fairness, I checked my logs and confirmed that DB's protection of CoA predates that of tS' protection of CoA and DB. DB did not deliberately contribute to this situation. When we signed the CoA treaty, they weren't tied to tS, Animal Farm or Alpha. If I am not mistaken, Placentica came out of VM to fight in Knightfall and the CoA-Alpha treaty was signed around that time

  15. 43 minutes ago, MoonShadow said:

you clearly do not remember, you told BC that Rose had told you to stay out when the truth is no one told you to and you just simply didn't have the balls, pretty sure if i can be arsed to check I have messages from some of your gov at the time stating you was the one who stopped them from entering the war so please do not really try and pass it off as a 3rd party treaty BS, sure its in the past but it proves you have no backbone, yes there are tons of good folks in BC and i know there are some good ones left in DB.

As for Pantheon's bank well still to this day do not know how ones steal a bank, can not steal what the leader give you control over, if your dumb enough to give people who are untrustworthy control of your bank then that's on you, you give them the power to do what they want,

Look I was not the one who stopped them from the entering the war. It was a collective decision made by majority of gov. Anyway, I don't wish to continue debating this with you here, to avoid going offtopic

  16. 41 minutes ago, MoonShadow said:

This is a great shame in truth, I am sad to see this happen after all you are a match made in heaven, Pantheon used the fact their bank was "Stolen" to sit back and watch allies burn, and Dark Brotherhood lied about being told to stay out of a war instead of just admitting they are scared and more worried about infra than its treaties, so you are both good at dodging wars you think you might lose so you should stick together.

So you all know what I'm talking about here is Pantheons and DB's line up, getting ready to dodge a war

The fact is that the treaty which carried over from the bloc is non-chaining meaning we are not obligated to assist if the ally starts an aggressive war or is attacked as a consequence of fulfillment of third party obligations, something which you cannot seem to understand. It was even explained to you right at the start if I remember correctly. One of the biggest issues is that we lacked a certain resource to fight at that time and there was a misunderstanding about it. We even approached a few parties and asked them whether they could sell us some resources but to no avail. There are plenty of good folks in BC I like and if not for the resource issue perhaps we would have done things differently

As far as I know, Pantheon really had their bank stolen and Akuryo and her friend even removed all the officers. Am I missing something?

  17. 7IqlzVH.png

All good things come to an end. The Dark Brotherhood hereby activates Article VI of our MnDP treaty with Pantheon, and provides a notice of cancellation. Reasons have been given in private. We wish Pantheon all the best and good luck in their future endeavours.
