is there some way my friend and I can restart our accounts . we never read the rules and didn't follow the tutorial from the beginning nor did we receive our new player reward

my freind and my account are so screwed up after a few says we are on the inacctive banned account how do we both delete our accounts and start again with both new accounts / or we can find better things to waste our money on , no really i was gonna buy a VIP account for both us but we get screwed out of our newbe bonus and friend sigh up bonus and we cant trade with each other this suks

how do you delete your game and restart your game with out all the newbe mistakes ?
alternatively, you can log in to the ones you want to delete and go to Nation -> Edit -> Delete Nation in the sidebar menu.
