Dear Foreigners and Immigrants,

     Are you planning to move out from the Philippines to get away from your super-strict parents? Want to live in a nation where everything's simple? Want to move in so that peace will finally be in your presence? All is possible in neutral Cossackia, land of the Oriental Southeast Asian Austronesian Slavs.

     We have never been in a war yet, so for immigrants, we will let them pass free of charge...but it will require their documents. They will need their:

• Entry Permits
• Passport
  • Filipino Passport - less complicated
  • Immigrating Cossackians - more complicated
  • Cossackian OFWs - even more complicated (because of work-related accidents, we need to know if you have insurance)
• Foreign Passports
  • Western European - easy, but expensive because you're rich
  • For Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, you may pass through.
  • For Balkans, you may also come in.
  • For Baltics, you may also come in as the risk of Russian invasion is imminent.
  • For Russia, things get a bit complicated because of politics, we don't want KGBs.
  • For Ukraine and Belarus, you may come in.
  • For Donetsk, Lugansk, Crimea, North Ossetia, sorry but you are to remain where you are. However with special permission for individuals, yes you may come in.
  • For the Caucasus Bloc, move in as you please...but for Azerbaijanis...well...because you stole Armenian land things get complicated.
  • For Taiwan, Hong Kong, Tibet, Uyghurstan, Inner Mongolia, come in free of charge as 'fleeing immigrants'.
  • For North Korea, we are still negotiating if Kim Jong Un can at least make history by opening its borders with Cossackia. We also love Kim Jong Un and his actions, but not all his actions just his flexing of his power.
  • For South Korea and Japan, you may come in.
  • For mainland China, we will have to check you. We will have to complicate your processing because of imminent about-to-be-spies. We don't want the Chinese Intelligence in our soil.
  • For ASEAN, just show your passport and get inside. Easy!
  • For North America, sure come in.
  • For Mexico and Central America, also come in so you can feed your families.
  • For South America, we are a better working place than America. For now, settle here in Cossackia then go to the USA. I'm sure Biden is doing his job, well hopefully time will tell.
  • For Africa, show your passport and come in. We don't want your lives to be more harder for you.
  • For Shia and Sunni Arabs, just come in.
  • For Jews, also come in.
  • For Oceanians, specifically Australians, New Zealanders, Tongans, Samoans, etc., come in.
  • For Micronations, you can have the joy of showing your passports, entry permits, and IDs. We recognize all micronations as real nations after all, we were one once and we grew in size afterwards.
• Answers for these questions, will be asked by a Kozatskaya Granitskej Admishyonka (Cossackian Border Admission) officer:
  • Reason of entry?
  • Duration of stay? (no longer required)
  • Opinion to the Premier?
  • Opinion to the Prime Minister?
  • Any firearms?
  • Other comments before we will proceed?
• ID (Any kind of ID will do, as long as it has your:
  • Real Name (First Name/s, Middle/Maiden Name, Last/Family Name)
  • Birthday
  • Country of Birth
  • Gender
  • Status
    • For minors and teenagers, you need your School/any ID and Passport.
    • For adults, ID, Passport, Entry Permit
    • For the elderly, you may come in. All we need is your Passport. Come inside with someone to bring with you, someone who's already been processed.
  • Other necessary documents to justify your immigration
