How bad would a post have to be to get a warn. I could paste a generic, "interesting, but stupid" reply in each thread constantly?

On at least one occasion, a warning has been given out for behavior of this sort.

I'd like to provide another instance where the rules being so murky allowed a nation to survive unchecked.

Evidence was shown where nations on the same network were trading between each other.

 

 

The rules clearly state that trading between nations on the same network is prohibited.

 

So we have nations that were clearly breaking the rules. Yet the application of the rules ended up residing upon other factors.

You misrepresent the rules. The rules do not state that trading between nations that share a network is prohibited. They say that a trade created on a network cannot be completed by a nation on that network. This is a description of the hard-coded limitation, not a description of a prohibited activity. Nations that occasionally share an IP can trade with one another, so long as the offers are made and accepted from different IPs and it is clear to Sheepy that the nation's are not being managed for the sole benefit of one of them.
