Okay, this seems very straightforward and should be a simple fix. Thanks for catching this.

If you change the filetype it'll break your portrait. You can just let me know and I'll update the URL, or you can re-upload as the matching filetype.

Sorry about that, I hadn't considered that functionality when I added the extra characters to the titles. Next patch should have this fixed.

Found an error that's been fixed, expect us to lose a lot of nations here at the Midnight turn 

Deletion rules are (and have been for months) that after 45 days inactivity, a nation is deleted.

Blue is active now, Green is active in the last 60 minutes, Yellow in the last 24 hours, Orange in the last 3 days, Red in the last 7 days, Purple in greater than 7 days
 
So yes, if you were gone for more than 3 days you would've been listed in Red which is "In the last 7 days" AKA between 4-7 days ago. Unless your nation color changed to gray, though, you'd been active in the last 7 days, and the guy who attacked you just isn't very smart and thinks 4-7 days of inactivity makes you inactive.

A turn was missed because of a hardware issue with the hosting company. Things should be back to normal now.

EDIT: I think it's working now, and was related to a hook that I had re-enabled, which for whatever reason created this issue.

Ah, you're right, I neglected to update it there. And it's actually $1,500,000, not $1,000,000

Confirming this, though "being on the same ID" is really just using the same account. This has nothing to do with the network they are playing from or their Unique ID.

That's very strange if it's only happening on mobile. Perhaps try using a different browser and see if that fixes it? If so, it's likely a browser issue on your end.

C Temple is correct, one turn happens every 2 hours. If you look on the lower part of the left-hand sidebar, you'll see something like this (I've drawn in explanations):
 

It's not cheating, it's a bug. Found the source of it and have fixed the code, working on getting you back to normal now.

I just put myself in Vacation Mode fine, it's working.

I really liked your idea of adding a ! in front of the icons. Super simple change, and so it's been done. Thanks for the idea

There's not really anything that can be done - ideally you'd get hit with the Politics & Snore page and wouldn't have this issue.
