Moderation points were issued, sorry for the delayed response. With so many war bugs most of our attention has been focused on Discord - in the future, opening a ticket in #support will likely yield a faster response.

Sorry, this should just be temporary from a bug that caused no defending alliances to be listed. So I had to do a database update to put defender's alliance IDs back in, and it didn't have a way to check for applicants well. But new wars shouldn't have this going forward. If you have specific wars you want removed there, you can open up a Discord ticket and I will go through and fix them for you.

I'm sure it's an issue with parsing the special character, we should be able to fix it up but it's a relatively low priority at the moment.

Well, you are correct that it is all context dependent. But you're playing an online game an if you're expressing hateful ideologies towards others, then yeah that's generally going to be against the rules. There's no reason for it here - you don't have to see or know about what anyone else is like IRL anyway, it's a nation simulation game.

I don't see either of these nations in-game: this may have already been handled through in-game reports. Do you have nation links if they still exist?

They are just using the translation feature, which reroutes their IP address through the translation server. So it's a major false positive for all of these nations.
We still need to figure out a better way to handle that or sort that out on our end.

I would say that your post qualifies at a minimum of "showing a dislike of homosexual people" which is not allowed.

I didn't issue the warning, and the warning should have had more specific detail.
However, I believe that your bulletin could have and probably did make some LGTBQ+ players (IRL) uncomfortable, and there's really no reason that you needed to write that. It was more of a personal opinion than nation roleplay. This is an online game where you don't have to see or know what anyone's real-life is like, and so your bulletin which was potentially harmful and had no real relation to the game was taken down.

I don't think it's a bad idea, but it might be problematic for a nation that is in beige but still has active wars. Preventing them from being spied or, or them spying on their opponents, may cause the opposite result of the intention of the suggestion.

Air Superiority not showing after IT

Sorry about the long delay on this. For faster responses in the future, I would encourage you to open a ticket in the #support channel on Discord which gets a bit more attention.
There were a bunch of issues with superiorities not working correctly; Village has implemented a superiority calibration script that is fixing the vast majority of them now.
