  1. Yeah sometimes it can be useful, like if you're experiencing a glitch on your nation page or you just want to make a general report not about anyone specifically. Mostly we just get spam reports with random letters through it, though

Right here it says Terrorism, Tojo committed Terrorism in the Pacific and Asian Countries. Tojo is a racist slur in japan  image.png.efd51dbbbfb0340d1b1a82f61f97c105.png

While it does say it died out, it doesn't mean it's not used anymore,

Another thing, Co-Prosperity Sphere is defined as a Military Bloc used for Colonization and Manipulation, this might be offensive to other Asians such as Koreans or Chinese for the fact that they suffered and were suppressed.

My general opinion is to allow as much free speech as possible.

That said, we do not allow anything terrorism related as a matter of national security, and we do not allow anything nazi related as I personally find Nazism abhorrent, as well as the fact that it is very much not tolerated in (colloquially American) society. I have no interest in fostering an online community for white supremacists here, which is why we explicitly root out and forbid them.

Some things may be offensive, and I suppose depending on context someone calling someone else a "Tojo" in a pejorative manner would fall under our rules against flaming, trolling, name-calling, etc. but I don't see how just using "Tojo" as your own leader name in-game is violating our rules.

If the player were advocating or roleplaying war crimes, etc., we would absolutely take action.
