This interview took place on June 26th, 1997.

[Dimitri Valko] Some things have gone a bit odd, I can assure you... Vladimir Zhogin isn't acting himself.

[saulius Astrauckas] I am Saulius Astraukas, and of course, here for that very reason. Now, explain what has been happening.

[Dimitri Valko] Alright, so, first off, he sent me a message, saying
"Oh, by the way, can you or the TKNBC make me seem like a monster to Ryasians?".
Rather odd. So I replied with
"What do you mean?"

[saulius Astrauckas] And what did he respond with?

[Dimitri Valko] He went on to say
"Demonize me to the public. Make me seem like I'm a monster".
I was objected to this- why did he want to seem like a bad person? I was just very confused and had no idea what was going on. He's torturing people with elephant feces, and sending terrorists into Canada to kill Dioists. I couldn't think of what was happening.

[saulius Astrauckas] Any theories?

[Dimitri Valko] Well, I thought the the SARF (Shi'ite Anarchist Revolutionary Front) could have been involved, perhaps they hacked into his messages... But it certainly makes no valid sense. Hopefully KNN can give further investigation to this-- actually, you know what? I'll send this interview to them, myself. Whatever is happening in Khevin -- it isn't good. Has Vladimir gone crazy with power? Have people rebelled against him in some way? Why does he want negative attention? What is happening?

[saulius Astrauckas] Well, it certainly doesn't make sense to me. Is your advisory board familiar with the situation? If so, what are their thoughts?

[Dimitri Valko] What advisory board?

[saulius Astrauckas] Oh, right -- moving on. Is there any stress this situation brings?

[Dimitri Valko] Well, sort of. More confusion, really. I have no clue what's going on Khevin. I just hope the KNN will give some information to everyone. That's truly what we need right now. Information. Information is one of the most valuable things a person can have when it comes to politics.

[saulius Astrauckas] Anything unrelated you would like to bring up?

[Dimitri Valko] Oh, yes. Flag designs!

[saulius Astrauckas] Hm. Unorthodox flags, Valko?

[Dimitri Valko] Do you have a problem with that, Saul?

[saulius Astrauckas] Honestly, they really look like utter shit-- complete rubbish.
