New anthem, Old Lyrics

Today, the parliament of the Grand Ruthenian Empire of Chernigov has officially adopted an anthem. The anthem is to the tune of Hymn to Liberty, which is in honor of the birthplace of Democracy, and the lyrics of the anthem are from the poem "Hail Chernigov, Hail!". The anthem has been an unofficial anthem for a while now, and was the preferred anthem of the people. Anthem here:
